INTRODUCTION/
MOTIVATION
In setting the tone and mood, teacher will give guide questions for the students to
look into prior to the video clips presentation.

A brief video presentation representing different effective speeches famous be


shown to the learners.

Sample guide questions:


1. What types of speech is being presented?
2. How it is delivered?
3. In writing your speech to be effective, what are the things you should
consider?

INSTRUCTION/
DELIVERY
Teacher will show the Rubrics prepared and let the learners be involved in the
revision of the criteria if there is.

Learners will do the reporting and teacher will process the answers of the learners
based on the guide questions given prior to the showing of a brief video clips
regarding different speeches of effective speakers.
PRACTICE &
ENRICHMENT

Students digest the criteria of the rubrics given and agreed upon in relation to the
video clips seen.

Learners will be grouped into 4 groups. Based on the delivery of the different
speeches shown on video, learners should prepare their own speech to be
presented in class.

EVALUATION
Learners will showcase their skills in effective speech delivery
Each one is given a minimum of 2 minutes and maximum of 3 minutes speech
