Prelude:
Good evening, everyone, on this beautiful and wonderful evening, I DivyaManoharan
have the honor to welcome you all to our Spring Mount Montessori Graduation and
Annual Day celebration. This is an evening worth remembering as our dearly beloved
Children are moving forward with high intelligence and skills.

PRAYER SONG:
As “MAX LUCADO” said, “OUR PRAYERS DO MAKE A DIFFERENCE”. Let’s start our
ceremony with a prayer song, as our Children are going to experience a difference in
their life. I now please request everyone to rise in reverence for prayer song.

LIGHTING THE LAMP:

With that, Ladies and Gentlemen, “Ella Baker” once so boldly said, “GIVE LIGHT AND
PEOPLE WILL FIND A WAY”. To start us off on an auspicious note we will have our
Lamp Lighting ceremony, and Ladies and Gentlemen to do the honors we’ve an
esteemed gathering. May I please have the following dignitaries on the stage for the
Lamp Lighting ceremony.







WELCOME ADDRESS:
To welcome is to give honor, to welcome is to establish integrity, I now request our
student AMAYA from grade 1 to deliver the welcome address.

CHIEF GUEST – MEMEMTO:

 Now, it is time to honor our chief guest Dr.Prabhu Shankar with a memento and,
to present it I would request _________________to come and do the honors.
Dr. E.V PRABHU SHANKAR is a PEDIATRICIAN who completed his medical
education at, “Stanley Medical College”, Chennai (2001-2007) following that, he did his
Pediatrics training in one of the worlds renowned centers in US, “Brook dale University
Hospital and Medical Center”, Brooklyn, New York.
Further, He completed Neonatology Subspecialist Training at the “University of
Alabama”, Birmingham. He carried a visionary mind and came to India right after his
studies, to establish facilities that can transform the healthcare practice in Tirupur.

Mrs. MALAR MURGESH is a PSHCIATRIST who did her schooling at, “Holy Angels”
and “St. Joseph Convent” Later, she did her higher studies at “Avinashilingam” and
“Madras University”. After completing her studies, she started working as a
“Counseling Psychologist” at “Manahan Mayam”, Psychiatric Clinic. Dr. MALAR
MURGESH specializes in Pre Marital and Marital Counseling,
she deals with child and adolescent counseling as well. Qualified to test IQ and other
testing’s. She’s been invited as chief guest to many schools like “Zee school,
Meridian, Valliyappa Vidhyalaya, Vellalar Matric and SSM komarapalayam”, has
given guest lectures in Colleges like “Vellalar, Kongu and Nandha”. Dr. MALAR
MURGESH has delivered speeches in “Lions Club, Rotary Club and Social gatherings”.

There are many unsung heroes in our midst who take up these problems, make their own
and resolve it. One among many heroes is Mr. RAJA SETHU MURALI. Yes, Mr. Raja sir is a
social worker who for the past 2 decades has helped over 1300 poor students complete
their secondary education.
Wow, every year more than 150 students’ benefits through him.

CHIEF GUEST – SPEECH:

In INDIA, on an average scale 1 out of 4 children are unable to complete or proceed with
their education. Reasons stated as orphaned, health issues, family in debt, troubled
homes, etc
And now we have a special AV show for you... about Mr.Raja Sethu Murali sir’s good
deeds for the poor in need.

Did you know that Mr. RAJA SETHU MURALI is also a comedian and has acted in
different roles in movies like “Naan Kadavul”, “Ivan Vera mathiri”, etc?

And now we have entered into the most important section of today’s evening ceremony,
and that is the graduation CEREMONY for the student batch of stage 3 ,2018-2019, it’s
now time to appreciate and congratulate our students who worked hard all throughout
the year with full potential and perseverance.
I now welcome Stage 3 'A' children on stage.

Yes, we have seen many talents, many hard workers, and also have recognized some of our
achievers.

Success is a word which is not easy to earn and also not easy to come by, many struggles,
many sacrifices, many sweats, and many a smiles. Having a dream is easy but to achieve it
is very hard. And we are proud to say that we along with our students achieved it tonight.
Here comes, our children from ________ to perform a dance on today's theme.

HONOURING THE WORKERS

With that, its time to mention some very important people, without whom it would have
been impossible to taste this success.
As mentioned earlier,
Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is a progress, working together is success.
We at Spring Mount are privileged and honoured to present a tribute to all of our co-
workers like (mention the names of their work). Ladies and gentlemen may I please
request everyone to give a standing ovation for these extreme hard workers and
supporters of Spring Mount School.

Along with them we would also like to thank and appreciate our teachers of Spring Mount,
