    DESCRIPTION OF STATUS CODES


    The following status codes are used to designate the
    results of the Black & Veatch review of the documents
    submitted by manufacturers.
    RC - Returned for Correction
    Indicates the document is deficient and
    corrections shall be made before work is to
    proceed. Revise and resubmit the document.
    EN - Exceptions Noted
    Indicates there are noted exceptions on the
    document which must be revised by the
    manufacturer. Work may proceed in accordance
    with the comments. Revise and resubmit the
    document.
    NE - No Exceptions Noted
    Indicates no specific objections to the
    document. Work may proceed. Submit only
    future revisions of the document.
    RD - Received for Distribution
    Acknowledges the document was received and
    distributed without review. Submit any future
    revisions of the document.
    HO - Hold
    Indicates an intentional interruption of the
    review process for a particular document. The
    final status of the document will be determined
    at a later date.
    SS - Superseded
    Indicates a different document replaces a
    previously submitted document. This status
    DOES NOT pertain to revisions of the same
    document. No action required.
    VO - Void
    Indicates a document is no longer applicable to
    the project and IS NOT being replaced by another
    document. No action required.
    RR - Release for Record
    Indicates no specific objections to the document.
    Work may proceed. Certain required Project information
    has been added electronically to the drawing and
    provided to the supplier for record. Resubmittal is
    not required by the supplier. Submit only future
    revisions of the document. Engineers project specific
    information to be added if future revisions and
    submittals are made.
