CB Lesson Plan

This lesson plan outlines an activity where students will write 2 true facts and 1 lie about themselves. Their peers will then try to identify the true facts by asking questions of each other. The goals are for students to learn more about each other and build relationships through listening and questioning each other. Teachers will explain the activity, provide an example, monitor students as they write their statements independently, and have a closing reflection on identifying truths from lies and how this could help in the classroom. Accommodations are provided for some students to work in small groups or draw pictures instead of writing.
