INTRODUCTION –

Medical store management system is general software developed for medical


store. This software helps them to do billing and stock maintenance. This
medical shop management software is so designed as to ease the work load of
medical shop professionals. The main feature includes inventory and stock
control, accounting, client management.

OBJECTIVE-

The main objective of the application is to automate the existing system of


manually maintained records of the counter sales, purchases, records levels,
suppliers and customers monetary positions and related transaction made by the
seller.

 There will be two user accessing system

Manager: Who will act as administrator

The features for manager are

- Add, delete, update any product.

- Manage store input price, make salaries, calculate revenue.

Other staff: Who will accessing the system

The features for the other Staff are

-Cashier can only search the product and make the bill

-Can see the list of products

-User can only see the product price and available products.

CONCLUSION –
-This system provides an easy way for the operator to interact with the database
and to manipulate the data in the database.

-The operator can add, delete and updates then records in the database with
ease.

system are sells, stocks, client, inventory and bills.

the user interaction with system, that shows the relation between the user and
