Ok, let’s get to it…
What we’re going to be talking about here is entirely different to anything we, or
anyone else, has ever done.
Neither does it have anything to do with Affiliate Marketing or any of the other
‘usual suspect’ business models you’ve heard about a thousand times before.
Even though we’re big proponents of the above, and make a lot of money with
them ourselves, what we’re talking about here is unique, and extremely
unconventional.
This is a business model that has HUGE demand, LOW competition, and is
something that we (along with many of our friends and students) have had
consistent success with for many many years.
But do you want to know the most exciting part about this business model?
Steve has been an online marketer since leaving his corporate job back in 2003.
He quickly saw success through two different channels - one by providing simple
services to small businesses (something we’ll discuss in more detail shortly), and
secondly through using Google PPC as an affiliate marketer.

I met my wife, Carolina, on a ski trip in Lake Tahoe back in 2003. We were both 20
years old at the time, working the winter season at Squaw Valley, California. When
winter ended, I went back to New Zealand where I was part-way through University,

services” to local businesses...
These services will help them achieve more search engine visibility, more social
media exposure along with a better looking and more reliable web presence - and
this will result in two things for them... more customers and more revenue.
And because customers and revenue are the “holy grails” to ANY small or local
business, this means...
Picture this…
You’ve got a handful of customers (let’s say SEVEN) who pay you each month to
take care of a few simple tasks for them, such as...

From our own business we KNOW that these 7 customers will collectively pay you
approximately $12,000 per month in total - equating to $144,000 each year.

Check out the image below, it’s an example of work done for one ‘boat lift’ company,
that pays around about $1,200 per month… month after months after month (in fact,
over $15,000 for 13 months worth of simple services!)
So the above example is what you stand to make from ONE customer… you can
quickly scale up to 7 which will put you at $100,000 in NET PROFIT, and then
continue to scale from there.

What makes this so powerful and so different?
There’s a lot to love about the model we’re discussing today, but here are 7 major
benefits that make this incredibly attractive:
We touched on this a moment ago, but just to clarify... net profit margins for this
business model are upwards of 70%, meaning that if you earn $145,000 in revenue,
then $100,000 will actually end up in your bank account.
We’ll discuss how this profit margin stacks up against alternative business models
shortly...
What’s easier: Dealing with 100 customers who each pay you $100, or dealing with
10 customers who each pay you $500 to $2,000 (or more) each month?
However, the only way you can run a lucrative business and have a very small
number of customers, is if each customer pays you a decent sized fee, and ideally
pays it on a monthly recurring basis.
Because you need so few customers to make a decent profit, and because the
customers pay you in advance for work, you can literally be earning thousands of
dollars in just a few days (once you get started), and one customer can stick around
for YEARS, meaning that unlike with other business models, you’re not constantly
hunting down new customers every single month.

#4: The competition is EXCEPTIONALLY low.
Supply and demand are two of the pillars of basic marketing. Most business models
you hear people talking about have plenty of demand - however, all too often there
is also too much supply. What this results in is market saturation, which makes
running a profitable business challenging.
EXAMPLE: There are 1000’s of people each day looking to buy a cheese grater, but
there are also hundreds (if not thousands) of cheese graters available to buy. The
problem isn’t a lack of demand, it’s an over-supply of cheese graters relative to the
demand.
The model we’re discussing here has huge demand and VERY little supply, meaning
acquiring customers is something that’s stacked well and truly in your favor!
The easiest businesses to sell on to others are those that have built in recurring
revenue streams and sky-high profit margins, with very few overheads. And that’s
the EXACT kind of business we’re talking about here.
While most online businesses typically sell for about 10x monthly profits, businesses
using this “Parallel Profits” model can sell for 50 times the monthly profits.
The day to day operations of some business models are easier to outsource than
others. Two key factors that define how easy something is to outsource are:
One-off tasks that require customization and specialized talent are the most difficult
things to outsource. An example of this is writing complex sales copy. It’s NOT a
‘rinse and repeat’ process because to do it properly requires specialized know-how
and lots of experience.
The good news is that every single component of this business model fits the
‘simple & repeatable’ criteria, making the business operations easily outsourceable.

(IMPORTANT: you won’t actually be “outsourcing” these services in the typical
sense or in the way that you might imagine - but we’ll talk about that more a little
later).
There are plenty of stereotypes about online businesses, and unfortunately, many of
them are negative…
“it’s a scam!”
“that website will never work”
“you’re just a middleman, working a loophole!”
...etc
To make matters worse, the people most likely to have an opinion about what you
do are the people closest to you, like your friends, your family, and your co-workers
(it’s not always envy, in many cases they just want to protect you).
I know from experience how awkward it can be to explain some online business
models to people who don’t understand them, and I’ve got first-hand experience of
the negative stereotypes in action. Regardless of how valuable your online business
actually is, in many cases it still won’t be considered ‘respectable’ to your family and
friends.
But NO-ONE has EVER had anything negative to say about the business that
provides valuable services to local companies. It’s super simple to explain, and as
close to ‘brick and mortar’ style operation as an online business gets.

Now that you know the benefits, let’s spend a moment to discuss the myths…
Let’s take a closer look at the 6 main myths associated with the model of selling
services to local or small businesses:
FALSE
In most instances, customers will actually come to YOU, (a bit like people go to an
ecommerce website when they need to buy something) so they’ll require zero
selling.
It’s only natural, anything in high demand with low supply requires very little selling.
This means your customers will be begging you to take them on, because they’ll be
terrified of missing out!
And as another benefit, the fact that this is a high demand and low supply business
means you won’t be haggling over price. In fact, you can pretty much name your
price.
“What about when you’re just getting started though? Surely I’ll need to do some
selling then?”
No. Not really… at least not in the way most people imagine ‘selling’.
This is because we use automated hands-off processes to drive prospects to us, and
the built-in onboarding process we use takes care of the rest. So yes, products ARE

being sold, but you, as the business owner, have no part in it. It can be 100%
automated if you want it to be.
MYTH #2: You Need To Meet Customers Face-to-Face
FALSE
Some people do this, but not us - it’s not a requirement anyway. There’s just very
little value in face to face meetings with customers these days.
Just like an accountant only needs to know your numbers or have access to your
transaction records, you only need access to your customers’ website and social
media properties… and that’s it.
Project updates, monthly reports and communication can all happen virtually, via
email or some other streamlined communication system.
FALSE
Why would you? If you set things up correctly you won’t be the person
implementing the services you provide.
Sure, it helps to at least know what hosting is, or to know what Wordpress is, but
being an expert is definitely not required.
Take us for example - we know NOTHING about web design, it’s been YEARS since
we set up hosting for a website and we’ve had other people handle social media
management since it became a ‘thing’ a few years ago!
The way we run our business is to have the day-to-day operations dealt with by
other people who regularly report back to us. We have a special system which
collaborates key information into one impressive report that we can give to our
customers. None of this requires any special knowledge of online marketing.

MYTH #4: You Need A Lot Of Start-Up Capital
FALSE
But what about paying other people to do the work? Didn’t you just say I’d need to
pay other people to do the work for me?
Yes - But you ONLY pay for after you’ve been paid yourself.
For instance…
● Your customer pays you $1,000 for one month worth of services
● You then pay $300 to get certain services fulfilled
● You bank $700 in profit.
You never pay anyone until you’ve been paid yourself first, so you never need to
invest upfront or worry about being out of pocket.
FALSE
You outsource your work to other people on an ‘as-needed’ basis. You don’t hire
permanent in-house employees.
Fast forward a year, let’s say your business is doing well, and you’re netting upwards
of $200k profit… even then, there’s NO REASON to hire in-house employees, there’s
simply no upside of doing that.
IMPORTANT: Like I said a moment ago, you won’t need to “outsource” work in a
traditional sense. In fact, we can handle all this for you (assuming you want us to).

MYTH #6: You Need An Office
FALSE
All you need is an internet connection, and to be blatantly honest with you, all you
REALLY need is an internet connection for a few hours each week (just so you can
‘check in’ on things once in a while).
You don’t need any advanced computer systems either - any simple laptop is
enough to run your operation.

Before answering that question, let’s agree on what the key factors are when
making this assessment.
For me, there are 6 key factors you should gauge when assessing a business
opportunity.
1. Realistic Profit (both short term and longer team, and not a lofty ‘hopeful’
goal, but something realistic that is easily achievable)
2. Time Commitment (how much of your personal time is required to run the
operation)

3. Speed of Results
4. Startup Cost
5. Predictability (how predictable are your results?)
6. Business Sale Multiplier (your exit strategy)
Steve and I are personally involved in every single one of the business models listed
in the left hand column in the table above, and with Kindle aside, have actually built
and continue to run $1,000,000+ business operations for all of these.(in other
words, it’s fair to say that we’ve got a VERY good idea about the pros and cons of
each of these models).
Let’s discuss...
Amazon Whitelabel is a good solid business model, but it takes a while to get
going, and you need to be selling HUGE volumes to be able to make a decent profit
these days.
Affiliate Marketing is a very hands-off model, but can be a slow starter. As a result,
it has lower short-term profits. Paid traffic is tough in the affiliate world too, which
means a higher reliance on organic rankings, which takes time in competitive
markets.
Kindle is steady. You need to sell a LOT of books to make decent money, but for
people willing to toil away at it, it can certainly work (assuming you’re happy with

maxing out at lower profits compared to the other models). Once it does work, it’s
very hands-off.
Information Products can be very lucrative, but are equally unpredictable. You
never really know if an info-product will work until you’ve made it - and by then you
could have invested hundreds of hours of time and energy.
Amazon Wholesale is another good option and we have made lots of money with
it ourselves. But it has lower profit margins than Amazon White Label, meaning you
need to either cycle through inventory at lightning speed OR sell a huge line of
products to hit big profits. Amazon Wholesale businesses also have the worst
‘Business Sale Multiplier’ of all, because you’re selling other people products, not
your own brand.
Software As A Service (SAAS) can be a home run, no doubt about that - but it’s
the most expensive model to start and also highly unpredictable, meaning it’s not
the right fit for 99% of start-up entrepreneurs.
The Parallel Profits model (selling simple services to local businesses), is the best of
any of the models.
Let’s look again at the 6 key factors on which you should gauge a business
opportunity and how they relate to this model...
REALISTIC PROFIT
With the Parallel Profits model, each customer pays you a lot of money, and
profit margins are upwards of 70%. And given the business is built on
systems that are easily scalable, the three-year outlook is also fantastic.
TIME COMMITMENT
Your time commitment is as low as it gets, because again, all the services
are fulfilled by others. This puts it on a par with Affiliate Marketing and
Kindle in the ‘time commitment’ stakes.
SPEED OF RESULTS
The speed of results in this instance is unmatched. No other model can
have you at $1,000 in PROFIT or more in as little as a few days after you
start. That is VERY possible with this, because customers pay you IN

ADVANCE, and each customer could be worth thousands per month!
START UP COSTS
The startup costs are also the lowest, on a par with Kindle. Other than a
simple website, and a few key marketing elements, there’s really nothing
you need in order to get going.
PREDICTABILITY
The Parallel Profits model has the HIGHEST level of certainty of any of the
models, because again, there is a HUGE demand for the services offered,
and very low supply - people will be screaming out for your help, and your
business will prosper as a result.
Like I said a few moments ago, barring Kindle (which we built to a $50,000/year
profit level), Steve and I have built million-dollar businesses using EVERY single one
of the models discussed. We are uniquely qualified to talk about the pros and cons
here…
This ISN’T rocket science, it’s quite easy to see why this is so profitable and makes
such good businesses to run!

HIGH predictability (what are the odds you’re actually succeed? Is what you’re
doing a sure-bet, or a gamble?)
HIGH business sale multiplier, in other words, if you were to sell your
business, what multiplier of monthly profit could you use to get a good idea
of re-sale value?
Now that we’ve debunked a few myths, discussed what we love about this business
model, and have compared each of the common models against one another, let’s
take a closer look at some real numbers!
A Few Examples…
We’ve already shown you one screenshot of a single customer who brings in about
$1,200/month (over $10,000 net profit each year) here are some more screenshots
and stories to demonstrate the power of this business model.

As you can see, Chad did over $88,000 in sales via Paypal (just one of his payment
systems) in 2018.
His ‘average order’ of $512 is actually skewed down, because some of his
transactions are for cheaper ‘add-ons’ and ‘upgrades’, and furthermore, Paypal is
just ONE of the ways he accepts payments, in fact, this only represents about a third
of his total business.
This one is from our own business… this one sale is worth $25,900, which will give a
profit of about $18,000).
What you see above are three components to the $25,900 payday.
First, a contract where our client agrees to pay us $6,400 for a website, along with
$300 for hosting.
Secondly, a contract where the same customer agrees to pay us $800 per website
per month (there are two different websites) for SEO services. The SEO services
alone give us $1,600/month here.
Thirdly, a check for the 50% deposit for the website development.

All up, this ONE sale is worth $25,900… and it’s HIGHLY likely that the customer
will continue on with us for years to come, which will double or triple the value of
the sale!
Here’s a snapshot of income into this particular business in January 2019 (this
month):
As you can see above, at the time this screenshot was taken there were 40 unpaid
invoices, and 7 paid invoices. By the time the month is out, all 47 will be paid… this
is recurring income, the invoices are automatically sent out and payment is
automatically collected every single month!
People pay in a range of ways, directly into our bank account, via checks, into our
Paypal account, and some even pay in CASH!
Any local business that needs help (which is pretty much all of them). Some
examples of customers we’ve had over the years include:
- Hair stylists
- A landscaping maintenance company
- Real Estate agents
- A limousine company
- A local shared office building
- Plumbers
- Pool cleaning services
- Dry cleaners
- Tourism companies
- Home loan lenders
- A digital print company
- A law firm

Now that we’ve shared a few stories, and spoken more about how you get paid,
let’s talk about what REALLY matters… your PROFIT.

“How much PROFIT can you make” is obviously a key question when considering
any business opportunity.
From our own business we know that 7 customers will collectively pay you
approximately $12,000 per month in total - equating to $144,000 each year.
From that $144,000, you will bank about $100,000 in net profit.
Getting 7 customers and a run rate of $100,000 per year is GOAL #1 - which is why
we are using the “7 customer” example.
If you bring in $12,000 per month, you’ll keep $10,000 of it as net profit.
If you bring in $600,000 in the course of a year, you’ll bank about $420,000.
In other words, what you are looking at here is a 70% profit margin.
To understand what the other 30% is spent on, you need to know what your likely
costs will be.
Here’s a list of the type of expenses you may have (IMPORTANT - these are ONLY
costs that you might incur AFTER you’ve made sales, these are definitely NOT
investments you’ll need to make initially):

business expenses out (internet, virtual office, cellphone), you’d be looking at
about $100/month.
There are a few other expenses we haven’t listed here - but this is PURELY to give
you an idea of the “type” of expenses you would have as you start acquiring
customers.
What this means is…. as a one-man-band running everything on your own, you’re
“scaling limit” would be a maximum of 16 customers (16 customers x 10
hours/month = 160 hours / 4 weeks = 40 hours/week).
However, if you’re thinking about doing all the work yourself, you’re not thinking
about this in the most efficient way. You are not thinking about SCALING.
One of the keys to scaling any business is that you need to have systems in place
that allow you to step away from the business and have other people running
things for you. At minimum, you need to ensure that you’re not the person doing
all the heavy lifting and all the “grunt work”.

Let’s Talk About “Demand”
The global demand is GIGANTIC.
Let’s think about what kind of businesses needs the type of services that we are
offering here?
Sure, first, let’s find out how many ‘small businesses’ there are in the USA (just one
country, the trend is the same everywhere):
The above screenshot is from the USA Census Bureau, so these are official numbers.
As you can see, there are 30.2 million small businesses (which represent 99.9% of all
businesses in the USA)…
Well, let’s take a look at just ONE requirement almost all small businesses have -
and that is to have a website.

Couple these kinds of statistics with the fact that research suggests 62% of
potential customers will stop considering a small business if they can’t find a
website or information about it online...
...now you can see why the demand is so colossal and why the potential of this
business model is so vast and incredibly lucrative.
But what about the actual number of small businesses - how many are there?
This trend of small businesses being the backbone of economies isn’t just limited to
the USA...
For instance, in the UK there are over 5 million small businesses (and over 60% of
them don’t have a website)

...and 50% of them don’t have a website.
...and a study by GoDaddy revealed that 59% of small businesses in Canada don’t
have a website!
I could share screenshots from the official statistics websites of New Zealand,
Ireland, Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa, Germany, France, India, and almost any
other developed or developing nation. They ALL follow the same trend… but I think
the point is made!
IMPORTANT: We are just talking about websites here. We haven’t even mentioned
the huge demand for the other services too.
The reality is this...
Small businesses across the entire globe need help. The demand for help is
through the roof, but in many cases these business owners just don’t know what
they need, or who to turn to. This means making money with this business model
can be incredibly easy, as we’ll discuss shortly.

PHASE 1: Launch your website
The first phase is to set up your website that showcases your business and the
services you provide to attract the most targeted leads.
When it comes to your website, what most people do is install something that looks
nice, and they’re done. This is NOT what you want to do, and if this is all you do,
then you’ll be swimming against the current from the get-go.
What you should do (and nobody really does this, because most people are lazy), is
to approach your website from a strategic standpoint, and build it based on proven
best practices that stack the odds in your favor.
What we’re talking about are a set of 21 key elements that your website MUST have
to ensure that you’re swimming WITH the current, being pushed towards success.
No-brainer here, with upwards of 60% of all online activity now performed on a
mobile device, your website NEEDS to be mobile friendly.
A massive misconception though is that just because a website is built using Mobile
Framework, that it’s mobile friendly. In MANY instances this just isn’t the case.
During the webinar on Monday, we’ll show you how you can quickly analyze any
website to find out how it stacks up - and make improvements accordingly.
Your contact page is a vital sales tool and should be treated accordingly. Make sure
it’s easy to use (again, optimize for Mobile!), and provide multiple ways for
someone to contact you. Don’t just direct people to a webform, but also give them

your email address so they can reach out directly (without using the webform). This
little trick will boost your customer contacts by 70%!
Another key tool in your sales toolbox, the About Page is a chance to impress your
visitors with who you are and what you have to offer. But don’t be too long winded,
you need to summarize who you are and the services you provide in 400 words or
less. More than that and people won’t read it.
For this business model, word of mouth advertising can be a HUGE source of sales,
and furthermore, some sales will come in long after a prospect first visits your
website.
Having a word-based logo will help make it more memorable, and lead to more
sales.
If you’re using Wordpress, consider a plugin such as Yoast, SEO Press or similar
(Yoast is free). Decent quality plugins such as Yoast will guide you on what you
need to do to optimize your website.
Key Element #6: Use Your Main Keyword In Your Page Title
This point (like some others mentioned below) falls into the Optimized Page SEO
element but is worth its own mention. Identify what your main target keyword
(search phrase) is that you want to rank for in the search engines and include it in
your page title (ideally at the beginning of your page title).
This is a link that will appear on every page on your site and will provide a simple
and easy way for search engines to identify that your homepage is important. It will

also provide an easy way for visitors to navigate back to your homepage and will
push ‘link juice’ through to your homepage, which in turn will help your search
engine rankings.
While these aren’t a marketing requirement, it’s nice to be able to start recording
visitor data so that you have the option of using retargeting as a marketing funnel
later. Installing a tracking pixel is easy, and only takes a minute or two to do. If
you’re unsure how to do it, hire someone on Fiverr to do it for you.
Google has said many times that site speed is a key factor in how they rank
websites. But more than this, if your website doesn’t open quickly, you’ll lose
potential sales. Websites like pingdom.com make it incredibly easy to test website
speed and diagnose potential problems.
As a general rule of thumb, make sure your website loads in less than 1 second (and
ideally in less than ¼ of a second!).
This is like a table of contents for your website, and the ‘modern’ way of submitting
your website to the search engines. Make sure that whatever platform you’re using
automatically generates and updates your sitemap.
This is a simple file that gives search engines instructions about which pages need
to be indexed. Even if you don’t want to restrict search engines from finding and
listing your pages, you should at least make sure that this file is accurate, that it’s
picked up by Google and Bing webmaster tools, and that it doesn’t accidentally
block important pages from being indexed.
Without getting too complicated here, site architecture is about the structure of
your website, and the different sections you have on your site. It’s about optimizing
navigation paths and grouping content into strategic sections.

It’s important that your platform is configured to take care of site architecture for
you in a well optimized way. Make sure you tune into the webinar on Monday to
see an example of the kind of website we recommend you build.
If someone types in an incorrect url extension, will they hit a dead end, or will you
redirect them back to where you want them to go?
Your 404 page should either redirect your visitor back to the homepage, to some
other page, or provide a list of helpful links, contact information, navigation, and
site search functionality.
If your site isn’t secure, you risk losing visitors before they even have a chance to
get to know you! Adding an SSL certificate and making ‘https’ the default load
option is simple, and something you should absolutely take the time to do.
Failure to use alt text on all images is a big red flag. Alt text helps search engines
understand when an image is about and is another way to include related keywords
into your pages and get ranked for Google image searches (you’d be surprised at
how much extra free traffic this can generate).
Key Element #16: Add Scheme.org Structured Data
Another overlooked tool, Schema allows you to add structured markup to your
website.
Most people think Schema is difficult, but it’s SUPER SIMPLE, especially when you’re
using a platform like Wordpress that has dozens of plugins that will do it all for you!
Linking internally from one page to another with targeted keywords can stack the
odds in your favor with the Google ranking gods and fast-track your way to more
exposure in the search engines.

Key Element #18: Correct <h1> And <h2> Tag Usage
An <h1> tag is a headline tag, and it’s one of the most powerful parts of your page.
You should include your main keyword (that you want to rank for) in the <h1> tag
to ensure your website gets the search engine love it deserves.
Even in the year 2019, Google and other search engines still look at LSI keywords
(synonyms and related words) as a way to determine exactly what your website is
about. It’s a good idea to sprinkle these throughout your pages to get more
exposure on a wider range of keywords.
Social sharing buttons don’t directly impact how search engines will find and rank
your website, but they are expected on most websites these days, and you’re giving
people another way to share your message for you. It’s a no-brainer to include
them on your website (we recommend in the sidebar or floating on the left side of
your page, about half way down).
Phew! There you have it, 21 key elements to include on your website to stack
the odds MASSIVELY in your favor!
It’s not really… most platforms make it easy to incorporate some of these things,
and the others can normally be added in manually or with additional plugins.

Funnel #1: The Visibility Campaign
Your visibility campaign will push your optimized website to the top of Google (and
other search engines) for your target keywords.
This will generate the most number of targeted leads that have the best chance of
converting into customers.
Now, before you jump to conclusions - for what we’re doing here, it is NOT a slow
process to get rankings in Google. We’re NOT chasing highly competitive search
terms, because quite frankly, we don’t need to.
Side Note: A ‘long tail’ search term (aka ‘keyword’) is simply a search phrase made
up of multiple words. For example: ‘Cape Coral website hosting’. That is a VERY
rankable search term. We would NEVER recommend you target something
competitive like ‘website hosting’, it’s too generic, MASSIVELY competitive, and not a
battle you want to get into!

about Backlinking.
Backlinking gets a bad wrap, because of the pre-2018 understanding of the word. In
2019 however, we’re not talking about building hundreds of even thousands of links
to your website - we just need a few from a selection of high quality websites.

The way you’ll turn your leads into customers will vary slightly depending on how
they’ve entered your system.
However, the principles of making a sale are the same though, regardless of how
the lead came into your system.
1. Use our Web Audit Software Tool to impress potential customers (you can
get access to this too)
2. Send targeted, automated messages using a scalable and 100% trackable
system.
3. Take advantage of other marketing materials proven to convert (business
cards, brochures and some others)
4. Get customers secured, orders placed and money in the bank.
(We’ll be talking more about each of the above steps in more detail on the
Workshops on Monday)
Of course, not all your leads will convert into sales, but since they’re so targeted,
and in many cases ‘self-selecting’ (meaning the lead is coming to you and ASKING
for help), it’s not uncommon to be able to convert leads at a conversion rate of
10%. In other words, get one sale for every 10 leads that enter your system.
A KEY part of Step #2 is that you’re paid up front, before you even start with Step
#3 (service delivery).
Much like eCommerce websites, your sales will all happen online, and money will go
directly into your bank account. The system is identical regardless of where you live,
and billing is COMPLETELY automated and hands off.

There is no need to deal with Merchant Accounts, or Paypal, or Stripe, or anything
like that either. We use one piece of streamlined software to enable easy billing,
and that’s it.
That depends on the services the client wants. But typically sales are worth between
$250 - $4,000 each. On average each customer has a value of about $1,500/month.
Having said all of that, we have had customers who have paid us tens of
thousands of dollars UP FRONT before, for services to be delivered - so the
numbers can fluctuate in a very positive direction.
Now it’s time to deliver the simple services that you are offering.
The reality is that there’s an entire smorgasbord of things you COULD offer, but we
like to apply the 80:20 rule and focus on offering the services that make up 80%
of the revenue and only take up 20% of the time.
Conveniently, these are also the services that provide the most value to small
businesses anyway, so it works out nicely for everyone involved.
Then there is ongoing maintenance and content creation for all three as well (which
you will charge for to boost your recurring revenue)

Remember, the good news is that you wont need to
be an expert on any of these services (we’ll tell you

Once you’ve got a customer onboard, you could also offer any of the following as
“upsell services”, to boost profits even further:
So while we only recommend you focus on the ‘Big 3’ initially, there are MANY
options for upsells and cross-sells, and they certainly have their place. We just don’t
focus on them initially.

The mark-up here is huge. We can have someone else build a well optimized and
attractive website for a customer for a couple of hundred dollars, maximum - yet we
can sell them for $2,400 for a simple site with 10 pages.
Visibility Campaigns
The requirements for a visibility campaign are normally pretty similar for most local
businesses, and what we offer is a mixture of content, high quality backlink
acquisitions, and social media syndication. We normally charge about $1,000 per
month for this, and campaigns cost us about $150 per month to run.
Hosting
One is to run your own servers. This is the most lucrative option and what we use
(not just because of the better margins, but because of the control if gives us).
Once a customer is on your books, we recommend you also offer cross-sells and
up-sells of other services, but these need to be carefully chosen, it’s not a “one size
fits all” approach.
...Then replicate the process to boost customer numbers, sales and profits.

Once you’ve been through the system once, growing your business is simply a
case of “rinse and repeat”.
Hopefully this doesn’t sound too daunting, as it’s NOT a difficult business model to
use.

or so of starting out.

to ensure you avoid pitfalls that you might otherwise encounter if you were to ‘go it
alone’.
Furthermore, as we’ll discuss shortly, you’ll have a genuine partner in us… and I

However, are there any potential issues with all this?
If you’re just getting started trying to make money online, or if you’re new to this
business model, or if you’ve hit the ‘reset button’ and are starting from scratch, it
might take you longer to implement this business model by yourself.
However, we’ve got this system well and truly dialed in. We know what works and
we know the most common mistakes people make.
We know the shortest path to making sales and how you can expedite the time it
takes to get set up and start making sales with this model and we’ll tell you more
about this during the live Workshops on Monday.
However, one issue you may face is that you take on someone who wants too
much, or asks for the wrong things (in other words, services you don’t want to
provide).
This is easy to solve however and if you join us on one of the Workshops, we’ll give
you more tips about which customers to accept and which to politely turn down.
#3. Your sales funnels might not work as well as you hoped
We’ve got 5 core funnels we use to generate hands-off sales, so even if you don’t
get traction with one, you should have another working in the wings anyway.
Thankfully, since you can track everything, it’s easy to diagnose the root cause of a
poor conversion rate and you’ll be able to quickly change it up and boost its
success rate.
Of course, the more experience you get, the easier this will become.

#4. You will need some technical skills…
Assuming you want to do everything 100% on your own without any help, then
you’ll need some technical skills. For example, building a website from scratch and
customizing it to fit the optimized format isn’t a ‘newbie’ activity - and even if you
have the best instruction in the world, hiccups can still occur.
Aidan it’s not just setting up the website either, there are other things you’ll need to
figure out if you try to do it all on your own. Some technical skills are required to
buy a domain name, integrate important plugins and apps, and so on.
For some, these types of obstacles can turn into insurmountable road-blocks (and
psychological barriers) if you don’t have a perfect grasp of the technical side of
things. Thankfully you won’t need to worry about any of this as you will find out
when you join us LIVE on Monday.
When someone visits your site, they’ll leave in a heartbeat if it doesn’t look
professional, let alone sign up for your services.
Looking the part requires you to have proven tools and templates in place working
for you. If you don’t have these set up correctly, then conveying professionalism can
be a real challenge.
The good news is that you won’t have to worry about any of this (as you will
