E-Mails Between TotalSend and AFRINIC Regarding Member Registration and IP Allocation

Davina from AFRINIC is responding to Luke's inquiry about membership requirements. She informs him that to be eligible for an IP allocation and membership, his company must be legally incorporated in AFRINIC's service region and the network equipment and infrastructure must be deployed within the region. Luke has asked if he can host equipment in other regions like the UK, Egypt or Tunisia but Davina confirms the requirements that equipment and business must be located within AFRINIC's service region.

As per our phone conversation, please note that your company should be
legally incorporated in our service region and that the network
equipment and infrastructure are to be deployed in our service region to
be eligible for membership with AFRINIC.

Regards,

Davina.
