Assessment: The System Design and Implementation

This assignment comprises 25% of the assessment for AKPSI. The assessment is to be
completed as a group work. It is due on Tuesday, 1th December 2019 at 23:55.

Aim:

The assignment is designed to develop your skills in designing and implementing an


information system based on a system proposal.

Your Task:

Based on the system proposal, you are now asked to design the system specificiation, a
system prototype, a test plan and a migration plan.

As minimum requirements, your task should include the following deliverables:


• The user interface layer design
o Use scenarios, real use cases, user interfaces
• Physical architecture layer design
o Deployment diagram and hardware-software specifications.
• Working system prototype
o User interface prototype (it shold be able to answer all use cases)
• Testing
o A test plan
• Installation and operations
o A migration plan

In completing the task, please justify every methodology, method or technique that you used.
You must include all of the research instruments (if any) and list any other references that you
used in completing the assignment.

Submission Method: Electronically via SCELE, 12-point font size, single space, MS Word
file format ([groupID-groupName].docx).
