PRETTY: Good morning ladies and gentlemen, before we start this program,
we would like to request everyone to be seated and kindly switch your mobile
phones to silent mode to avoid interruption. Thank you.
INTRO:
YEN: A blessed morning, to our distinguished guest from the Department of
Edication Schools Division of Dipolog City, ZNNHS OIC Principal, members of the
faculty, parents, students and guests. I am your host for today’s convocation
program, Manilyn E. Templo, Teacher I for English, and with me is my co-host,
(introduces herself) Mam Pretty Abegail C. Pacilan, Teacher I for HUMMS.
PRETTY: In behalf of ZNNHS Turno Campus, we are extending our appreciation
to you, dear parents, for taking time off your busy schedules to join us today. Your
support means a lot to ZNNHS especially to your child.

I. Prayer & Philippine National Anthem


P: To begin this important occasion, may I invite, Mr. Victor B.
Villanueva, Teacher II in ESP, to invoke the almighty. This will be
followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem to be led by
Ma’am Janice Manginsay, Teacher II in MAPEH. Everyone, let us please
all stand.
(after) Thank you, please take your seats.

II. Words of Welcome

Y: The Convocation program is one of the much-awaited events in every


students’ life, as it gives the returns to the efforts put in by them
throughout their first grading academic endeavor. It gives a sense of
achievement and a sense of responsibility towards fulfilling further
commitments.
To formally welcome us, may I now request our OIC Principal, Mr. Adrian
G. Refugio, to give us his words of welcome.
(after) Thank you, sir Adrian.

III. Message
P: At this moment, ZNNHS is grateful for the presence of Ms. Joy O.
Campiseño, DepEd Public Schools District Supervisor. Let us listen to her
message and welcome her with a big round of applause.
(after) Thank you, Ma’am Campiseño for that inspiring message.
IV. Awarding of Honors

Y: Talent and skills are the crops that are nurtured, groomed and given
all possible opportunities to grow and bloom. And so, we’ve come to the
most awaited part of this event – the Awarding of Honors.
May I request the advisers of Grades 7 to 12 to lead in awarding the
effort of our exceptional students. May we also request the parents of
our awardees to accompany your child on stage to receive their
certificate.
(Start with Grade VII down to Grade XII)
(Mention Section and Adviser’s name first) (Order: With Honors/With
High Honors/With Highest Honors)
(after) Thank you and congratulations to our student achievers. Keep it
up and we hope to see you here on stage on the next convocation.

V. Perfect Attendance Award for Teachers

P: Aside from our students, this event is also to recognize the dedication
of our well-admired teachers. To give the Perfect Attendance Award,

VI. Closing

Y: As we close this event, let’s give the stage to Ms. Lucita V. Cadavedo,
Head Teacher I in Filipino. Let’s give her a warm round of applause.
