 Job Summary- To deliver procurement services & support to Engineering team

within the context of: (1) day to day operation, (2) project-based activity, and (3)
unplanned work and emergencies. All work executed in support of the safe,
reliable, and compliant operation of the plant.
I work day to day in an iterative Agile development environment to provide
aspects of P2P Process, including gathering and documenting requirements,
stakeholder relationship management, business process change, testing, project
delivery and service delivery integrated to procurement business and providing
solutions to existing complex commercial processes along with varied
commercial and consulting experience for global end users for a matrixed
organisation BP (Procurement and supply chain management)
Responsibilities Include-
 Placing the purchase order and follow up the same; Timely issuance of POs to Vendors
& co-ordination for payment
 Coordinating with vendors for actual delivery status of material
 On time completion of Open PO Report and Shortage Report
 To meet or exceed desired service levels and inventory targets as defined for the
products assigned
 To efficiently and accurately execute core procurement processes for assigned products
 Coordinate with Internal Business Partner (requestor) and Supplier for Purchase Order
Changes.
 Experienced of E-Tools such e RFQ using BP SRM application
 Sourcing and Developing suppliers for new projects
 Managing supplier's database
 To identify, recommend, and implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous
improvement in the execution of procurement processes
 Develop and manage vendor relationships compatible with organizational mission and
goals. Perform industry research and utilize industry knowledge to develop successful
negotiation strategies and structure for business relationships
 Perform root cause analysis to expedite the resolution of service issues
 Generates queries and reports from the procurement systems as required and maintain
procurement specific configurations if necessary
 Prepare Customized reports for analyzing and incorporating improvements in processes.

 Job Summary- To develop, improve, implement processes and manage
