EMCEE 1: Ladies and gentlemen! We have come now to the end of this 5-day seminar.

I am certain that
everyone is satisfied with the learnings they gained from this activity. To our Education Program
Supervisor in TLE Dr. Virgilio Quitorio, to our ever gorgeous CID Chief, Ma’am Mary Vinas, to our lovely
and ever supportive assistant supervisor in TLE, Ma’am Victoria Arma, lively and knowledgeable
resource speakers, co teachers.

BOTH: Good afternoon!

EMCEE 2: An American author named Lyman Frank Baum once said, “No thief, however skillful, can rob
one of knowledge, and that is why knowledge is the best and safest treasure to acquire.” It is teachers
and educators who will have the most profound impact on the lives of our children. Teachers and
educators must set good examples to children of all ages. It is you who have embarked on this noble,
sometimes tiresome, but always rewarding venture of sensitizing our children and instilling in them the
value of having an open mind that learning will benefit many, of critical thinking, of tolerance, diversity,
and inclusion. It is us teachers who inspire them to learn, acquire skills and giving emphasis on the
practical once just like what we have learned from this seminar.

EMCEE 1: May I invite everyone to please stand for a prayer and remain standing for the Philippine
National Anthem and to be followed by the singing of the Borongan City Division Hymn.

EMCEE 2: Teachers, please be seated. At this juncture, to deliver the opening remarks, we are pleased to
have, Ma’am Mary Vinas, the CID Chief of the Borongan City Division.

Thank you Maam for the inspiring message.

EMCEE 1: Now, let me call in Ms. *** to share to us her impression for this 5-day skill enhancement
seminar.

That was full of insight. Thank you, Ma’am!

EMCEE 2: Another, participant will be delivering her impression, I would like to invite here in front
Maám, ***.

Thank you, Maám for the giving your impression.

EMCEE 1: One more participant will share to us her thoughts on this 5-day seminar. Maám ****.

Thank you, Maam!

EMCEE 2: The most anticipated part during a seminar has finally come, which is the distribution of
certificates of participation to the participants.

EMCEE 1: I will read to you the citation *****

EMCEE 2: (is reading the name of the participants while giving the certificates)

EMCEE 1: (is reading as well, alternate)

EMCEE 2: I am pleased to have in front the author of this 5 day seminar, Dr. Virgilio Quitorio who will
deliver his closing remarks
EMCEE 1: That was an inspiring message for all of us!

EMCEE 2: Partner, I would like to share to them a quote from Abigail Adams the wife of the late
President of the United States of America John Adams, she said “LEARNING IS NOT ATTAINED BY
CHANCE, IT MUST BE SOUGHT FOR WITH ARDOR AND ATTENDED TO WITH DILIGENCE.” It means that
talent and luck might happen to you by chance, but learning is a skill and practice that anyone can
accomplish with diligence.

EMCEE 1: That is right, partner. Thank you everyone. I hope the we will bring with us the knowledge and
skills we gained to our students and prove to them that this world is a better place to live in if we only
apply our learnings in a good way.

BOTH: This has been your emcee, Arianne Badocdoc and James Estor! Saying, good afternoon and God
bless us all.
