Why SWISS-SELECT?
SWISS-SELECT allows hotels to focus on their best revenue generated customers and
improve the customer satisfaction levels. Loyal customers buy more and are often willing
to pay more, which boosts the revenues for hotels. By increasing loyalty, profitability
increases and the customers extend the time they spend at the hotels.
1. SWISS-SELECT members earn and redeem points across all Swiss International
Hotels & Resorts worldwide, which allows the hotels to reach a wider targeted
audience. Whether the SWISS-SELECT members decide to stay for leisure or

regionally and globally, while earning or redeeming points from their previous stays
and special conditions.

the customers’ profile, which includes birthdays, interests, usage of dining & hotel

in contact with SWISS-SELECT members and anticipate how to satisfy them during
their next stay.
5. Enrollment, earning and redemption of points are easy and stress free for the
members. The Front Office and the F&B outlets team always ensure that a non-
member arriving at the hotel is registered and that they are aware of their
benefits. This can be either explained or provided in writing to these new members.
The processes are all completed by the hotel team with no disruption to the guests,
allowing them the ease to stay and enjoy the hotels and its facilities.
6. Swiss International Hotels & Resorts are able to segregate and understand their
best quality customers. While knowing and understanding these customers, the
hotel is able to build a relationship while ensuring that these members are treated

7. With the integration with SWISS-REZ and SWISS-PMS all customer profiles
including their interest and preferences are available in real-time to the hotels
team members. This includes also the members’ bookings. The real-time available
information ensures easy and swift processes in attending to the members their
needs and enquiries.
8. SWISS-SELECT drives incremental revenue by encouraging the travelers to book
directly with the hotel. These bookings would have otherwise been produced by
third party agencies whereby a commission would apply. Therefore at all times,
rates and availability for the SWISS-SELECT members should be made available on
SWISS-REZ and SWISS-SELECT’s online booking engine. The members have to
also be aware of the member benefits.

limiting that the customers stray to competitors in the local or regional market.
