ABCD
PERFORMANCE The following performance tests carried out on representative samples
TESTS of SJ30G and SJ120G models in accordance with JIS F6601-1989, with
satisfactory results of separation efficiency in average of three tests of
96.1%(water) & 96.6%(solid) and 97.3%(water) & 96.1%(solid)
respectively:-
1) Water separation test using JIS K2213 1st grade turbine oil adjusted to
the kinematic viscosity of 24 mm2/s and mixed with fresh water by
2% in volume
2) Solid separation test using JIS K2213 1st grade turbine oil adjusted to
the kinematic viscosity of 24 mm2/s and mixed with solid specimens
to JIS Z8901 “Dust for test” Class 11 “Kanto loam”, by 0.3% in mass ;
specimens have a composition of SiO2: 34-40%, Al2O3: 26-32%, Fe2O3:
17-23% & remainders, density of 2.9-3.1 g/cm3 and particle size of
1.6~2.3 μm
“This Certificate is not valid for equipment, the design, ratings or operating parameters of which have been varied from
the specimen tested. The manufacturer should notify Lloyd’s Register of any modification or changes to the equipment
