Roles & Responsibilities:

 Recruiting Partner for functions like Bigdata, Cloud, Java, Data warehousing, QA,.net etc Technology with extensive
focus on mid to senior level hiring
 Source best talent in the industry through conventional and non-conventional sources - job boards, professional &
social networking sites (LinkedIn), employee referral, IJP, recruiting vendors etc
 Own entire recruiting portfolio and run special recruiting projects in close partnership with global stakeholders to
meet growing business needs for various functions
 Pivotal in setting up new office operations. Starting from commencement of hiring for the new location to building a

 Managing hiring needs of one of the key business group of FIL (UK Retail & CE) with size of 650+ employees.
 Managing end to end recruitments across level with multiple skills in IT.

Sapient - Senior Associate-Hiring - Oct’06 - Oct’14

Responsible for recruiting Software Professionals (Across level) from various technology domains like Dot Net, Java/J2EE,
CMS, System Administration, PM’S, QA/Testing, Data warehousing skills etc.

 Managed-End to End Recruitment for System Integration Practice for Sapient Nitro BU.
 Prepared recruitment and sourcing strategies based on business plans. Work with technical/hiring managers to
understand immediate and future requirements to regulate direction of efforts and to support short & long-term
