Section A – Technical Questions

Marketing

1. What are the changes in the marketing strategy of your company during the last five year?
2. Identify the reasons for the change in the strategy.
3. If you were the Chief Marketing Officer for the company, develop :
 Product strategy

for the next two years depending on the competition likely to be faced by your firm from national and
international players. Also discuss how your strategy is innovative from the existing marketing
strategy and will help the country to reach its target of SD5 trillion economy.

Digital Marketing

1 What are the changes in the digital platforms of your company during the last five year?

3. Suggest new measures which will help your company to multiply the reach of your existing
platform. Work out a detailed roll out plan along with its financial implication

4. Identify three top players in the industry and list three specific advertisement which made a mark
and impacted your reach.

Finance
1. Identify the liquidity position of the company by looking at various financial parameters.
Compare it with industry representative bench mark and three competitors of the firm. Can you
list reasons for the current financial position of your company?
2. Determine cash flow position of the company from operating, Finance and investing activities.
Analyze if the company is cash rich and has surplus cash to invest or require sources of finance
to supplement the deficit. Develop a strategy which is cost effective
3. Calculate cash conversion cycle. Develop a working capital strategy on the basis cash
conversion cycle
Human Resource

1. List down various Employee wellbeing programs adopted by your organization.


2. How does your organization motivate their employees? What are different ways adopted by
the organization to motivate them.
3. Does you company facilitate programs for work life balance of its employees .What are the
recommendation that you would like to make as Chief welfare officer and how would you
implement it without effecting the productivity and revenue growth of the company.
4. Prepare List down industry specific work life balanced Management Program of two best
employee centric organization
5. Is your company spending the mandate 2 per cent of their three-year average annual net profit
on CSR activities in each financial year or more .List down schemes on which the current CSR
budget is being spent. Would you like to suggest an alternative way in which these funds can be
spent?
