Instructions For Installing MATLAB R2014

To install MATLAB R2014, open the Matlab803 folder and run setup.exe. During installation, select "Use a File Installation Key" and enter the provided key 12313-94680-65562-90832. Select "activation without internet" and use the licence.lic file. After setup, copy files from the Matlab803 folder to the MATLAB installation bin directory to complete the installation.

Instructions for installing MATLAB R2014:

1. Open folder Matlab803.


2. Run setup.exe inside Matlab803 folder.
3. In the ‘Select Installation method’ window select ‘Use a File Installation Key’ and click on
‘Next’.
4. When the ‘Provide Installation Key’ prompt appears, select ‘’ and provide the following
installation key : 12313-94680-65562-90832
5. When you will be asked to activate the product, select ‘activation without internet’ and use
‘Matlab803\serial\licence.lic’ as license file.
6. After completing the setup, copy the contents of ‘Matlab803\serial\Matlab32\bin\win32’ or
‘Matlab803\serial\Matlab64\bin\win64’ (depending on 32-bit or 64-bit you have installed) to
folder C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2014A\bin\win64 (This directory is the installation directory
of MATLAB in my PC. This may vary a bit depending on the installation directory of MATLAB) and
replacing the existing files.
