The purpose of the exit conference is to provide an opportunity for the mentor teacher ,
UNI Field Experience Coordinator and UNI preservice teacher to reflect on the field
experience and to make recommendations for future growth and professional
development for the student.

What did you learn about the “role” of a teacher?

What did you learn about yourself when you were in the “role” of the teacher?
