WITNESSETH:
That spouses PATERNO SUASIN and EMELIA MACAPALCrisanto Banquerigo are the
registered owners of several parcels land located at the Municipality of Sibulan, Negros Oriental
and which parcels of land are more specifically described as follows:
II. A parcel of land known as Lot No. 3114, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title
No. T-18476, located in barangay Magatas, Sibulan, Negros Oriental. Bounded on N
& SW, by Lot 3116; on the E, by Lot 3115; and on the S, by Lot 3109; containing
an area of Six Hundred Twenty Five (625) square meters, more or less;
III. A parcel of land known as Lot No. 3115, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No.
T-18478, located in barangay Magatas, Negros Oriental. Bounded on the NE &
NW by Lot 3116; on the SE & SW, by Lot 3109; and on the W, by Lot 3114;
containing an area of Four Hundred Fifty Nine (459) square meters, more or less;
IV. A parcel of land known as Lot No. 2236, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No.
18477, located in barangay Magatas, Sibulan, Negros Oriental. Bounded on the NE,
by a Road; on the SE, by Lots 2237 & 2238; and on the SW & NW, by Lot 2231,
containing an area of Two Thousand Four Hundred Forty (2,440) square meters,
more or less;
V. A parcel of land known as Lot No. 2533, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title
No. T-18479, located in barangay Magatas, Sibulan, Negros Oriental. Bounded on
the NE by Lot 2532; on the SE, by Lot 2534; and on the SW, by Lot 2966; and on
the NW, by Lots 2966 & 2988; containing an area of Eight Thousand Four Hundred
Forty Four (8,444) square meters, more or less;
VI. A parcel of land known as Lot No. 3014, covered by Transfer Certificate of title No.
T-18474, located in barangay Magatas, Sibulan, Negros Oriental. Bounded on the
NE, by Lots 3012 & 2946; on the SE, by Lots 2946 & 2945; and on the SW, by Lot
3015; containing an area of Seven Thousand One Hundred Eighty Nine (7,189)
square meters, more or less;

VII. A parcel of land known as Lot No.2496, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No.
T- 18475, located in barangay Magatas, Sibulan , Negros Oriental. Bounded on the
NE, Lot 2495; on the SE, by Lot 2494; on the SW, by Lot 2497; and on the NW, by
Sapang Cantiguib; containing an area of Six Hundred Sixty Nine (669) SDqwuare
meters, more or less;
VIII. A parcel of land known as Lot No. 3979-B, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title
No. T-35453, situated in barangay San Antonio, Sibulan,. Negros Oriental. Bounded
on the SW, by Lot 3977; on the W, by Lot 3878; on the NW by Lot No. 3979-A; and
on the NE by a Road; containing an area of Thirty Two Thousand Three Hundred
Eighteen (32,318) square meters, more or less;
IX. A parcel of land known as Lot No. 3979-C, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title
No. T-35783, situated in barangay San Antonio, Sibulan, Negros Oriental. Bounded
on the SW, by Lot 3979-A; on the NW & N, by a Creek; on the NE, by Lot 3979-E;
and on the S & SE, Lot 3979-D; containing an area of Seven Hundredf Fifty Six
(756) square meters, more or less;
X. A parcel of land known as Lot No. 2532, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title
No.T-12263, located in barangay Magatas, Sibulan, Negros Oriental. Bounded on
theNE, by Lot 25311; on the SE, by Lot 2530; on the SW, Lot 2532; and on the NW
by Lots 2968 & 4044; containing an area of Six Thousasnd Two mHundred Forty
Two (6,242) square meters, more or less;
XI. A parcel of land known as Lot 2237-A, covered by Tax Declaration No. 99-17-010-
0853, located in barangay Magatas, Sibulan, Negros Oriental. Bounded on the N, by
Lot 2236; on the E, by a Road; on the S, by Lot 2237-B; and on the S, by Lot 2238;
containing an area of Nine Hundred Thirty Eight (938) square meters, more or less;
XII. A parcel of land known as Lot 2237-B, covered by Tax Declaration No. 99-17-010-
0886, situated in barangay Magatas, Sibulan, Negros Oriental. Bounded on the N,
Lot 2237-A; on the E, by a Road; on the S, Lot 2237-C; and on the S, by Lot 2238;
containing an area of Nine Hundred Thirty Seven (937) square meters, more or less;
XIII. A parcel of land known as Lot No. 1, which is being a portion of a consolidation of
Lots Nos. 878-B and 879-B, the latter lots being covered by Transfer Certificate of
Title No. T-22545 and TCT No. T-17019, respectively, situated in barangay
Magatas, Sibulan, Negros Oriental. Bounded on the N, by Lot 880; on the NE, by
Lot 2; on the E, by a Road; on the SE, by Lots 879-C and 879-A; on the S, by Lots
883 and 891; and on the W, Lot 882; containing an area of Twelve Thousand Nine
Hundred Thirteen (12,913) square meters, more or less;
XIV. A parcel of land known as Lot No. 1, being a portion of a consolidation of Lots 3072
and 3073, the latter lots is covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-22547,
located in barangay Magatas, Sibulan, Negros Oriental. Bounded on the N, by Lot
3071; on the E by Lot 2508; on the S, by Lot 2 of this consolidation subdivision; on
the W by a Creek; containing an area of Three Thousand Seven Hundred twenty
Five (3,725) square meters, more or less
That in order to serve better their rights, interest and participations over the said parcels of
land, the parties herein have mutually and voluntarily agreed to officially partition and

adjudicate unto themselves the aforementioned parcels of land and forever be bound therein,
in the following manner, to wit:
1. THAT Lots Nos. 2236, 2237-A, 2237-B, and One-Third (1/3) undivided share of Lot
No. 1, which is a portion of the consolidation of Lots No. 878-B & 879-B, as all
above-described, shall belong to ESMELINDA SUASIN BLANTON;
2. THAT Lot No. 1, which is a portion of the consolidation of Lots 3072 and 3073, and
One-Third (1/3) undivided share of Lot No.1, being a portion of the consolidation of
Lots 878-B and 879-B; as all above-described, shall belong to CRISPINA SUASIN-
DRENNEN;
3. THAT Lots Nos. 2533, 3014, 2496, and One-Half (1/2) undivided share of Lot
No.3979-B, as all above-described, shall belong to GENEROSO M. SUASIN;
4. THAT Lots Nos. 2179, 3114, 3115, and One-Third (1/3) undivided share of Lot No.
1, being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 878-b and 879-B, as all above-
described, shall belong to CEFERINA M. SUASIN;
5. THAT Lots Nos. 2532, 3979-C, and One-Half (1/2) undivided share of Lot No. 3979-
B, as all above-described, shall belong to PATERNO SUASIN, JR.
6. That by virtue of these presents, Spouses Paterno Suasin and Emilia Macapal, Do
Hereby WAIVES All their Rights, participations and interests and QUIT All Their
CLAIMS, whatsoever, over the aforementioned parcels of land and shall be given and
awarded in favor of their afore-named legitimate children, free from all lines and
encumbrances;
That further, the parties herein declare that the said parcel of land is not tenanted nor
worked upon by an agricultural lessee for the herein parties are the ones in possession of the said
parcel of land and that this transaction is in consonance with the provisions of the
Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Law of the Philippines.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this ____day of July
2007 at Sibulan, Negros Oriental and United States of America.
