Over The Phone Interview Rubric

The rubric assesses candidates on their performance in an over-the-phone interview across 5 competencies: first impressions, preparation, personal attributes, general attitude, and responses. Candidates are scored on a scale from 1 to 5 points in each competency, with 1 point being unsatisfactory, 3 points satisfactory, and 5 points above expectations. The highest scoring candidates are well-spoken, interested in the position, enthusiastic about the interview, and provide well-constructed and genuine responses.
