1. Open ADOBE PHOTOSHOP.

a. Click on START - > PROGRAMS -> ADOBE ->PHOTOSHOP 6.0


->ADOBE PHOTOSHOP 6.0

2. The Opening Screen of ADOBE PHOTOSHOP will appear.


3. The 3R size of image is shown below. Take note of the dimensions.

4. Create new image. Click on FILE menu and then select NEW or just press
CONTROL+N.
5. change the parameters and then click on OK button.

6. You will now working with the new image. The size of the image fits the 4R
develop picture.
PART II : CAPTURE THE PHOTO ID.

1. Open MS PAINT.
a. Click on START -> RUN.
2. Type MS PAINT.

3. Open the Scanned ID picture.


a. Select FILE menu and then select OPEN or Press CONTROL+O.
b. Select SCANNED ID Picture File.

c. The Photo will be opened.


d. Adjust the Image size when necessary.
e. Select IMAGE menu and then STRETCH/SCREW or just press
CONTROL+W.

f. Decrease the size by 50% until the desire size is met.


g. Select the IMAGE – Open EDIT menu and then select SELECT ALL or
just press CONTROL+A.

Right click the image and then select COPY.


7. Return to ADOBE PAGEMAKER and then paste the copied image. Press PASTE
or CONTROL+V.
You can move the Layer if the MOVE TOOL is selected.

Using mouse, move the picture to the upper left corner.


Duplicate the Image (It is called first layer in Adobe)

Open the Layer Menu and the click the DUPLICATE LAYER
Just Clck Ok button.

Using MOVE TOOL, move the new Image (Layer1 copy 2).

Folllow the same procedure to replicate the image.

You may also capture another photo in MS PAINT and paste it on the image.
Save the IMAGE as JPG file
