1. Provide Search Facility


 User to enter the search button and display
matching products on search
 Enable user to select multiple options to search
2. Customer Authentication
 Users shall be able to sign in to their personalized
Accounts
 Users shall be able to save their personal
information to their account
 User cart information shall be saved
3. Item Approval
 Requested products shall be viewed to the customer
 Chosen items shall be added to the customer’s
shopping cart
 Chosen items shall be added to the customer’s wish-
list
 Admin shall approve to add customer’s preferred
items for shopping
4. Place Order
 Chosen items shall be added to the customer’s
shopping cart
 Customers shall be able to view their cart
 Customers shall be able to edit the quantity of items
 Customers shall be able to checkout
5. Cancel Order
 Chosen items shall be removed from the customer’s
shopping cart

6. View Items
 Customers shall be able to browse for items
 Customers shall be able to view their cart
7. Checkout
 Customers shall be able to sign-in to their
personalized accounts
 Customers shall be able to view/update their
shopping cart
 System shall calculate taxes and delivery charges of
customers
 Customers shall be able to pay via credit card to the
system
8. Registration
 Customer shall provide their personal information
 Admin shall approve customer’s account registration
9. Delivery of products
 Location of delivery man shall be tracked
 Location of delivery man shall be viewed to the
admin/customer
 Admin/customer shall be able to cancel order
delivery
 Customer shall be able to place complaint in the
complaint box
10. Advertisement/Offer/Promotions
 Advertisement/offers/promotions of various items
shall be displayed to the customer
11. Item Info
 Shall contain price and description of the items
12. Live chat
 Customers shall be able to chat with the seller in
real-time for queries
