Construction of Staff and Labour Accommodation for OHDC, Shanfari Group of Companies.

Snag List

Following points were observed during Joint Visit, along with the representative of the
Consultant and the Contractor.

Labour Accommodations- 1 and 2, Staff Accommodation

Rooms and Toilets


1. Balance wall lights to be fixed.
2. Toilet false ceiling to be completed.
3. Grouts for wall and floor tiles to be done properly mainly at Shower trays.
4. Slope for floor tiles to be checked.
5. Hollow sound for the tile to be checked and tiles to be re-fixed wherever required.
6. Skirting joints to be cleaned and balance eskirting to be fixed.
7. Fire pipe exposed in fifth room to be closed by masonry of gypsum.
8. Sealant to be applied in the joints of sanitary ware.
9. Sealant to be applied in the joints of wall and False ceiling grids, where the gap appears.
10. Gap between false ceiling tile and grid to be closed.
11. Kick plates to be fixed for toilet doors as shown in drawings.
12. Stickers on sanitary wares to be removed.
13. Marking of wall tiles to be removed.
14. Floor tile with uneven corners/ joints and hollow sound to be repaired.
15. Door frames and shutters to be cleaned and touch to be done.
16. Fire Hose reel to be cleaned. Plastic to be removed.
17. Acrylic plate to be fixed on SMATV panel. And painted properly.
18. Mirror lights and mirrors to be fixed.
19. Proper supports to be given for Wash Basin below counters.
20. PVC clamp to be fixed for shower Rod.
21. Balance grid and false ceiling to be completed.
22. Exhaust fans in toilet areas and diffusers to be fixed.
23. Balance door in staircase and rooms to be fixed.
24. Fixed window to be completed in Toilets.
25. Blank plates to be fixed for electrical junction boxes.

Staircase:
1. Joints in terrazzo Tiles to be cleaned. Level of the tile to be made proper.
2. Painting at junction box and panel to be done properly.
3. Touch up to be done for painting of railings.

Terrace

1. Up stand to be made at terrace door.


2. Terrazzo tiles Joints to be filled properly.
3. Terrazzo tiles level at AC foundations to be corrected.
4. Proper supports to be made for Ac pipes. Gaps in parapet and conduits to be properly
filled with weatherproof foam.
5. HDPE pipes to be aligned and proper foundations to be made for pipes.
6. Proper support to be given for vertical pipes.
7. Cat ladder paint to be repaired properly supports of cat ladder to be given properly.
8. Foundation of the water Tanks to be made properly and to be painted.
9. Floor tarp cover to be fixed at rain water out lets.

General

1. Internal Painting and External Touch up should be done for all places.
2. AC pipes to be insulated properly.
3. Deep Cleaning to be done for all rooms and toilets.
4. Aluminum windows to be cleaned, track to be cleared and protection film to be removed.
5. Testing and commissioning for all the services is to be completed and report to be
submitted.

External

1. Undulations in external paint to be treated properly.


2. Uneven paint and joints seen in external paint to be treated properly.
3. External area around the Building to be cleaned and level properly.
4. AC Drainage should be brought up to ground level.
5. GRC screen work to be completed.
6. Proper shoe to be fixed below Rain water pipe.
