Correlations Komunikasi

This document contains the results of correlation and reliability analyses conducted on 7 variables (X1.1 to X1.7) related to communication. The correlation analysis found several significant positive correlations between the variables. A reliability analysis showed that the 7 items have high internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha = .861). Similar analyses were then conducted on 7 variables (X2.1 to X2.7) related to work environment.
