Filters for Pipeline Pigging Operations

The solids generated in pipeline pigging can cause serious
problems to downstream processes and equipment. When
existing filters are used they are often incapable of handling
the enormous solids which are encountered during pigging.
CP721 FILTER CP72G FILTER An inadequate filter system will plug rapidly and cause high
filter usage. These filters can collapse under pressure and
slow down the pigging process.
To meet this challenge CPI offers high capacity filter systems
with the highest flow rates and solids holding capabilities in
the industry. The CP721 cartridge has become a standard for
many pipeline operators and service companies. The CP72G
cartridge is suitable for gas filtration and liquids when higher
CP720 FILTER PLUGGED WITH SOLIDS flow rates are needed at the lowest pressure drop. Both style
cartridges hold all solids inside the filter for easy disposal.
RENTAL VESSELS AVAILABLE
Skid mounted vessels are available in pressure ratings to 2200
psig and flow ranges to 7000 BPH (4900 gpm). Vessels have
quick opening closures which are safe and easy to operate.
