 layout.PPTX” file, and
insert your ID photo on
the slide

Drag your photo behind*


 the green shape
Your photo must be at least
bigger than the shape

*right-click the image, and:

Send to back

Resize the photo as/if


 needed

Select the photo (first)


 AND the shape
The order of the selection
is very important

In Format, select Merge


 Shapes, and:

Intersect

… and you get:

 Now your photo is


“shaped”. Right-click on
it, and:

Save as Picture…
