I. Content of Transport

The transport ( NRTK902170 ) includes below updates.

1 Added /SNI/ED_DOC_PARS programs (SNI ELedger: Fill DOC Detail from File)
2 Document numbering has changed
3 Added manual upload signed documents
4 Added manual uploads GIB documents
5 Added multiple ledger or summary download
6 Added Run V3 version for e-ledger create (Performance increased)
7 Added total debit/ credit amount of e-ledger on cockpit
8 Added total debit/ credit amount of each e-ledger parts
9 Added e-ledger counter on cockpit.
10 Authorization objects "/SNI" added to customizing tables

II. Details of Transport Updates

1. Added /SNI/ED_DOC_PARS programs :

This program use for saving journal numbers into /sni/edmaindoc table.

2. Document numbering has changed “/sni/ed_cockpit ”:

Document number will be alpha numeric in new transport. Before the numbers were just
numeric.

3. Added manual upload signed documents “ /sni/ed_cockpit ” :

Some companies do not use server for signing. In this case, they sign the e-ledger
manually with a desktop program.

Then they need to upload these ledger files in to SNI e-ledger cockpit in SAP as shown
below.

4. Added manual uploads GIB documents “/sni/ed_cockpit ”:

According to Item 3, approved GİB files also have to upload in SAP as shown below.

PS : Item 3 and 4 will not necessary for AL-Turkey.

5. Added multiple ledger or summary download “/sni/ed_cockpit ”:

Before, ledgers or summary files could be downloaded by one by. They can be
downloaded as a whole.

6. Added Run V3 version for e-ledger create “/sni/ed_init ” :

Section in the following screen is made to improve the speed of the program. This version
of the program is running about 20-30 times faster than the previous version.

7. Added total debit/ credit amount of e-ledger on cockpit “/sni/ed_cockpit ” :

You can easily see total debit/credit amount of e-ledger in cockpit.
