A New Online Journal Management System

The editorial board of the journal Healthc Inform Res (HIR) decided to upgrade their online journal management system to improve efficiency and expand their global reach. They selected Editorial Manager, a cloud-based system that streamlines the submission, review, editing and publishing process. This system provides advanced features like reviewer recommendations, plagiarism checking and improved security. The board hopes this new system will help HIR become a more internationally recognized journal while still providing a familiar experience for their users. HIR's website has been updated to allow manuscript submissions through the new Editorial Manager system starting in 2018.
