INTRODUCTION
Dear Exhibitor,
Techtonic Summit is the Philippines’ largest tech conference that aims to provide an
inclusive platform to showcase the best that the Philippine startup ecosystem has to
offer. It is a 2-day convergence of ideas, technology, and innovation, bringing together
all the movers and shakers across Southeast Asia. In the past 2 years we've been
around, we've had 15,000 attendees, and every year we host The Ring of Fire
competition where startups pitch on stage to get a chance to win almost USD 30,000
worth of prizes.

DATE: NOVEMBER 15-16, 2O19 (Friday & Saturday)
OPENING HOURS: Registration starts at 9:00AM - 6:00PM
VENUE: Function Rooms 1-3, Level 3 SMX Aura
ADMISSION
·Expo visitors may enter the event for free when they register online through the official
website http://www.techtonicsummit.com/. Absolutely no firearms of deadly weapons are
allowed inside the exhibition.
·The organizers reserve the right to change exhibition rules and regulations without prior
notice to ensure the overall success of the event.
·The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or to request any person to leave the
event. This applies also to the assembly and disassembly periods.
EVENT INFORMATION
We are PMCM, an events managements duly organized under the Philippine Laws, and we have an
upcoming event entitled Techtonic Summit 2019, hosted under brand Techtonic, which will happen
on the 15th and 16th of November at the SMX Convention Center Aura.
Started in 2017 Techtonic is the biggest annual tech convention in the Philippines with a goal of
fostering Innovation and entreprenuership.
This year's theme: Festival of Innovation aims is to showcase local & international innovations, bring
investments and convene industry's brightest minds. Attendees & stakeholders are media,
government agencies, start ups, investors locally and around South East Asia , corporate, academe
and many more.
Techtonic has made history by creating the largest tech convention ever in the Philippines.
Techtonic is yet again challenging itself to push the boundaries further. Targetting the whole
Philippines (Luzon, Visays & Mindanao) and our regional neighbors in SEA, we intend to dig deeper,
give more value and provide unique insights and networks to our attendees.

PARTICIPATION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.Upon signing of this application and transfer of payment, the Exhibitor/Sponsor agrees to
participate in The Techtonic Summit 2019 | Festival of Innovation and shall be provided with the
inclusions of the chosen package.
2. An applicant is officially considered as an exhibitor only upon submission of the duly signed form and
upon payment of the participation fees. The signature of the applicant on said application constitutes a
contract.
3. Cancellation of participation by the Exhibitor/Sponsor is non refundable unless given special
circumstances in which case, the Exhibitor/Sponsor is to give a written notice.
4.The Exhibitor/Sponsor shall provide a high resolution digital file of company/ brand logo and other
content/materials that may be required or requested.
5.The Exhibitor/Sponsor shall abide by the event deadlines and setup guidelines.
6.PMCM Events Management shall not be liable to refund any fees paid should there be any non-
exposure due to the failure of the Exhibitor/Sponsor to provide logos and other content/materials
required, or fail to setup during the event.
7.If due to force majeure or unforeseen events the Expo is rescheduled, this contract shall remain valid.
However if event is cancelled due to the fault of PMCM Events Management, the fees paid by
the Exhibitor/Sponsor shall be fully refunded.
8.All rules and regulations mentioned in the Exhibitor’s Manual shall form part of the Contract
Participation.
9.All bulletins/ circulars issued by the ORGANIZER before and during the event proper shall form part of
the rules and regulations pertaining to the event.

10. The ORGANIZER reserves right to carry out changes whenever deemed necessary for the over-all
success of the event. In case of dispute in the interpretation of the herein-mentioned
conditions, the ORGANIZER decision shall be final and binding.
PAYMENT TERMS:
1.Booths shall be held on reserve for 7 days upon receipt of this application.
2.50% Down Payment shall be paid within 7 days after reservation. Booths that are unpaid after 7
days may be offered to other interested parties.
BOOTH MANAGEMENT
1.Exhibitors must assign a Booth Manager for the event to man the booth at all times.
Business Attire is required of all company representatives.
2.It is mandatory for stand representatives to have adequate knowledge regarding their
products and/or services.
3.Event hours shall be strictly observed. All stand managers/staff shall be in the booth 30
minutes before the opening time. Closing the stand earlier than the closing time set
forth is strictly prohibited.
4.During the event proper, no early entry shall be allowed thru the main lobby
entrance; early entrance will be allowed thru the backdoor of the halls. This is also the
access for the replenishment of items for the event duration.
5.Booth cleaning is the responsibility of the exhibitors. Exhibitors should ensure orderliness
and cleanliness of their booths and immediate frontage at all times. Janitors are not allowed to
enter exhibitor’s booth for security reasons. You may leave your garbage in the aisles for pick-
up of the janitors.
6.Bringing food and drinks purchased outside the building is not allowed. Meals should
be consumed outside or in designated dining areas provided.
5.Leaving of items in the hall after the egress schedule is not allowed. Exhibitors who fail to
pick-up their items shall be charged by SMX Management a penalty of P300.00 per company
per day. Items not picked-up after three (3) days shall be disposed of.
6.No product can be moved in or out during the event operating hours. If products have to be
carried in, it should be done prior to event opening or after event closing. Delivery and/or pull
out is strictly thru the delivery bay area at the back of the SMX Building (facing Manila
Bay). No Delivery and/or Pull out shall be allowed using the main entrance at the pre-
function lobby.
7.The basement parking may be used for vehicles/trucks that need to park BEFORE or
AFTER delivery of Exhibit goods, subject to car park fee. Car park Vertical clearance is 2.4
meters. Open parking areas near SMX Convention Center are also available
1.Product sampling must take place only within the contracted stands/booths. They may not
take place in the aisles or other common areas within the exhibition area.
2.Exhibitors are prohibited from sampling/selling products which they do not manufacture or
distribute. Hygiene and sanitation must be maintained at all times, particularly during
product sampling and/or demonstration.
3.The Organizer will not be liable for any claims, suits damages and costs arising from
default or negligence by the exhibitor or his contractors or sub-contractor related to his
participation in the exhibition.
4.No appliance with open flame will be allowed in the individual booths. Exhibitors who wish
to conduct sampling/tasting must use a hot plate or electric stove only. Exhibitors using
heating appliances within the booth are required to bring at least one (1) ABC- Type fire
extinguisher. Roving guards will conduct inspection to ensure compliance with this
requirement.

PERSONNEL
1.Exhibitors will be provided ID badges to serve as entry passes. NO ID NO ENTRY WILL BE
ENFORCED STRICTLY.
3.Basement parking opens from 7:00AM – 10:00PM. Parking Fee is P50.00 for the first hour
plus P10.00 for every succeeding hour
1.Advertising must be limited to the confines of each exhibiting company and noise should be
restricted to an acceptable sound level.
2.Any advertising using lighting or sound must have prior approval of the Organizer, who may
withdraw such permission once granted if the item in question causes nuisance to
neighboring exhibitors, causes obstruction or ruin the appearance of the exhibition.
3.The Organizer reserves the right to determine the acceptability and extent of the
product demonstrations. Should spectator interfere with the normal traffic flow in aisles,
the Organizer had no recourse but to request the exhibitor to discontinue the
presentation.
