    TRAINING BOND

    THIS AGREEMENT is made on ____________________.

    BETWEEN:

    1. EXCELSURE MARKETING CORPORATION (the “Company”)


    2. ________________________________ (the “Employee”)

    NOW IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows:

    In cognizance to the Company Policy affirming the important role played by its employees and
    the contribution that they can offer towards the overall growth of the company and the commitment to
    the employees’ growth both as an employee and as an individual by providing training and personal
    development programs to all employees to enable them to enhance their knowledge and improve their
    skills and at the same time assist them in developing a positive attitude in their work as well as their
    daily life, the parties agree as follows:

    1. That under the terms of this Agreement which shall be signed upon employment, the
    company agrees to provide the employee with a suitable course/training including fees and
    expenses to be in incurred;
    2. That the employee is expected to complete his/her training/endeavor.
    3. That any acquired knowledge and new skill by the employee from the training shall inure to
    the interest of the company;
    4. That the employee shall be obliged to retain his acquired knowledge, new skill, services and
    loyalty to the company for the duration of three (3) years reckoning from the working day
    after training is completed. Suppletorily, the employee shall sign a non-competition and
    non-disclosure agreement to this effect.
    5. That the employee shall not resign from the company three (3) years reckoning from the
    day after training is completed; and
    6. That the employee undergone subsequent training however failed to meet the required
    minimum years to abide with the company shall be liable to recompense all the training fees
    including the expenses incurred throughout the training course by deducting it from the
    computation of the employee’s total back pay with the exception of but not limited to:
    a. Employee is dismiss/resign due to a valid cause with reference to severe health
    issue;
    b. And such any other justifiable basis accepted by the Company.

    IN WITNESS OF WHICH, the parties have assigned this agreement that day and year first above-written.
