WHAT IS CASUAL DINING RESTAURANT

A casual dining restaurant (or sit down restaurant) is


a restaurant that serves moderately-priced food in
a casual atmosphere. Except for buffet
style restaurants; casual dining restaurants typically
provide table service.
WHY CASUAL DINING RESTAURANT IS POPULAR?

 Fast service i.e. No delays or waiting at tables for the


food.

 On premises consumption and take away facilities.

 Guests have variety of choices.

 Prices are affordable as compared to fine dining


restaurant.

 You can make special requests to avoid calories such as


Mayonnaise & special sauces.

We are going to target the visiting tourist as
the restaurant is located near airport and
people interested in doing parties in the
center of the city, as they are our potential
customer and can spend on the highly priced
items.
 Malviya nagar area lies in the heart of
corporate and commercial centre of city. This
area has a four way opening which means the
traffic flow is smooth most of the time. Parking
is free as it is a common parking for all in the
crystal court mall.
 It is a lush green area and developed with
modern plans with well civilized habitants. As
the evening come all the crowd pour in as the
market is famous for only the authentic food
hub of city.
 The malviya nagar is being constructed for commercial
and residential purposes and it is also surrounded by a
market called GT bazaar.
 As per mention above the address is the building which
is constructed for a restaurant. It is a 4 storey building
with the facility of stair case for convenience and
escalator.
 It is open from both the sides. The carpet area for the
building is 2200 sq ft.
 Average rates are Rs 200 per sq ft. Parking is also free
and common. As it is connected Jawahar Lal Nehru
road and nearest to the airport.
