Remove from exposure to fresh air immediately. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Observe for coughing, wheezing or
pain. Seek medical attention.

Ingestion:
If victim is conscious and alert, give 2-4 glasses of water or milk to dilute. Get medical attention.

Symptoms:
Lanthanons can cause delayed blood clotting leading to hemorrhages. Exposure may also lead to sensitivity to heat,
itching, increased awareness of odor and taste, and liver damage.

Treatment:
Symptoms of exposure may include burning sensation, coughing, wheezing, laryngitis, shortness of breath, headache,
nausea, and vomiting.
