Intrastate STO Process

To transfer material between plants intrastate, remove stock from the sending plant using MIGO transaction code A09 and generate a material document. Then use transaction code J1IGINTRASTO to create a delivery challan and billing document. Finally, receive the material at the receiving plant using MIGO transaction code A10 and the material document reference from the challan.

Intrastate STO Process

Go to MIGO->select remove from storage (A09) & movement type 303 -> Enter material code , Plant
, Storage Location , batch in which stock available & resceiving plant

& Post document, Material document generated.


Then execute t- Code : J1IGINTRASTO - Delivery challan for intrastate STO

Enter required details & execute


Select row as per material document you posted through MIGO & click on create challan, after that
billing document generated.

Create E-Way & enter required details as earlier in billing document & then take printout of STO
Challan

For Print Challan: Execute T-code ZSTO_CHALLAN -> Enter billing document & click on execute
button to take printout
Material Receive at Receiving Plant:

Execute MIGO & Select Place in Storage (A10) & enter material document (303) from challan
(reference document) & press Enter ->all the details automatically come -> enter receiving Storage
Location & click on OK check box & post.
