BRAND MANAGER

About the Role


We are looking for a Brand manager to help us build our brand and raise brand
awareness. You’ll work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what
makes us unique and communicate it to the world.

As a Brand Manager you’ll be responsible for creating and designing promotional activities
to drive the desired output for Totality Corp’s product and also ensure that the products
resonate with current and potential customers. Ultimately, you’ll help us improve our
company’s reputation and drive growth.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Comfort with CRM software.
• In-depth understanding of the company’s current products and future concepts.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Budget-management skills and proficiency.
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web
design, production, etc.
• Brand awareness - a clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix.
• Determination, perseverance and result oriented.
• Relationship management skills
• A high degree of business acumen

Responsibilities

• Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.


• Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and
value proposition for short as well as long term.
• Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
• Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters and market applications.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, competitor and customer insights
analysis.
• Oversee new and on-going marketing and advertising activities.
• Devise innovative growth strategies.
• Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.
• Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including
online and social media.
