Visayas and Mindanao Cluster. They required at least 2 personnel to be involved in APP
Module 2 who were a regular staff, computer literate and must have attended the previous
CBMS training Module I.

Day 5
1. Exercises on generating tables using SQL syntax
2. Mapping other CBMS data
3. Guidelines in Conducting Validation workshop
1. Due to the weight of the applications and data of the CBMS APP, the required specs
of the computer to be used should be strictly followed to successfully perform the
CBMS Module II.
2. The CBMS team should be a computer literate and technologically advanced to
utilize the benefit of the upgraded Program
3. In this module, it emphasizes the importance of the CBMS Module I which was the
data gathering and encoding. The data gathered should be properly encoded to
generate valid data used in decision making.
4. The training needs more demos and actual exercises to help the participants more
familiar with the applications.
