    RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

    1. That the appellant is filing the accompanying appeal against the


    impugned order/letter dated 26.6.2019 passed against the appellant
    and the grounds of appeal may be read as a part of this application.

    2. That after getting original letter dated 26.6.2019 and other related
    documents the same was handed over to the counsel of the appellant
    and the counsel instructed his clerk namely Imran Khan to put the
    same but the clerk put the same in some wrong brief.

    3. That on 06.11.2019 the clerk of his counsel for appellant was


    searching some documents and found the original letter dated
    26.6.2019 and other related documents and the same was handed over
    to the counsel. Hence the present appeal.

    4. That delay in filing of the appeal is not intentional but due to the
    above said bonafide reason.
    It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that the delay of ____ days in
    filing the appeal may kindly be condoned in the interest of justice.
