We randomly choose our 15 respondents in conducting our market research and we


used questionnaire as our instrument in data gathering. Based from the data most of them
love eating squash vegetable because Filipino people are conscious on what they eat and
vegetarian food is good for ourselves so we think our product is fit in and a good choice when
it comes to squash foody. Our chosen product Squash Fillet is a type of food that is healthy
and delicious

Overall Market

The overall target market of Squash Fillet are the students from Junior High School to
Senior High School curriculum ranging from 13-19 years old who loves and eat vegetarian
food and also teachers and visitors of Cauayan City National High School, who will be
joining the upcoming event “Entrepreneurial Day”

The product revenue will be exactly 5 pesos if and only if the customer will only
buy one piece of the squash fillet aside from it is a snack it can be also combine to rice serves
as your meal with the same price as well.

Squash Fillet will be marketed by means of personal selling and also by putting a stall
during the 3 day Entrepreneurial Event. From that, we will be selling our product by
encouraging people of Cauayan City National High School who loves and want Squash
Foody by sales talking and by means of printed material (flyer).

Contingency Plan
If the product fails, the team will be forced to establish new product OPLAN:
Eggplant Fillet wherein the team will make a small changes the alternative vegetable use this
time is eggplant, it is also a vegetarian food that can help individual to have and prosper a
healthy living. The main goal of this product is to bring the enterprise closer to the market
and for people to appreciate more the vegetable food.

Another is the OPLAN: Onion Rings in this product it is a fresh onion coated with
bread crumbs or potato chips it is also a healthy food that can satisfy the customer.
