1. Ventilation – We need some ventilation so that the shop will be ventilated, customers can rest in
a ventilated are for them to be comfortable.
2. Water - is a broad term referring to storage of both potable water for consumption, and non-
potable water for use in agriculture. In both developing countries and some developed
countries found in tropical climates, there is a need to store potable drinking water during
the dry season. In agriculture water storage, water is stored for later use in natural water
sources, such as groundwater aquifers, soil water, natural wetlands, and small artificial ponds,
tanks and reservoirs behind major dams. Storing water invites a host of potential issues
regardless of that waters intended purpose, including contamination through organic and
inorganic means. We need a water system so that the shop can perform well.
3. Power - is the capture of energy produced at one time for use at a later time. A device that
stores energy is generally called an accumulator or battery. Energy comes in multiple forms
including radiation, chemical, gravitational potential, electrical potential, electricity, elevated
temperature, latent heat and kinetic. Energy storage involves converting energy from forms

Fermin CauayanCity Isabela near Isabela State University – Cauayan City Campus. We conducted
studies and survey and we came to the conclusion that Cauuayan City is the right location for us to
launch our goodie shop.
We are a goodie shop business to make profits at the same time to give our customers value
for their money and time whenever they patronize our goodie shop the opportunity to choose from
a wide range of quality items at a highly affordable price.
Sweet Treats is established to satisfy the needs of one of the busiest street in Cauayan City,
24/7 catering the needs of students, employees, as well as passer-by and even online customers as
prefer to stay at home than to leave the comfort of their home.
Given the opportunity to utilize the space, we project to generate an income roughly
amounting to 1,000,000.00 after tax for the first year and will continue to maintain good profits all
throughout the operation of the business.
We are aware that there are several small goodie shops and chains of goodie shop all around
Cauayan City, which is why we spent time and resources to conduct studies and survey so as to enable
us locate the business in an area that will support the growth of the business and also for us to be
able offer much more than our competitors will be offering. We ensured that our facility is easy to
locate and our outlet is well secured and equipped with the various payment options available.

weakness that may count against us is the fact that we are a new goodie shop in Cauayan City and we
don’t have the financial capacity to engage in the kind of publicity that we intend giving the business.
The fact that we are going to be operating our shop is one of the busiest cities of Isabela province us
