Website promotion-Marketing, Awareness bureau. Established in 2017 as a small Field data
collection centre servicing Indian clients. LFMS has evolved into an independent data collection
company providing national fieldwork services and tabulation to leading market research, GIS, E-
commerce and consultant agencies. We are an established social, Economic, GIS, Ecommerce
research agency providing specialized services to Central and State Government Departments and
Agencies, Private Sector and Non-Government Organizations, App & website with latest
Research, Demographic and IT technical support for policy making and implementing. Lfms is a
Company Registered under the Ministry of Corporate affairs.
A Small and New Startup company is a Place Where a candidate learns lots of thing and tries to
implementation itself in their future.
 Now LFMS is going to expand their business with Web Development or Website creating,
New job Portal launching, To make a website partner with news portal for generate their
revenue and sales and marketing with different Sales.

Reports To - Head of the Company

Scope of Position:
 India has one of the largest bases of business and now is officially classified as the third largest economy
in the world. The overall purpose of this department is to develop strong Business relationship base for
LFMS and tap institutional, individual and corporate Business opportunities. The incumbent is expected to
build a strong business development and Sales management department.

Key Responsibilities:

The Manager and HR is accountable for fulfilling his or her roles and responsibilities in line with LFMS
values and principles of fairness, humanity, honesty, respect and fair treatment of his/her colleagues an d
staff. Candidate will responsible for implementation of all project old New Project.

1. Business Development & HR

• Lead the Development of an effective marketing and Business Development strategy and ensure its
implementation.
• Identify, develop, cultivate relationship and partnership with High Net worth I ndividual (HNIs) and
Company and ensure that organization gets regular business.
• Develop, diversify and execute organizations annual Business development plan, and exceed business
goals
• In Close coordination with Programme team and HoM gauge Programme opportunities for marketing and
Business development.
• Develop and regularly update data base of individual Business provider, HNIs, philanthropist and
institutions/foundations.
• To Build partnership with corporate and promote organization as a credible brand for attracting
resources.
• Position organization in the context of new CSR Act and ensure that tailor made products /Programme
are available and corporate have Programme options to business.
• Coordinate with Global business provider team based in HQ and ensure our Business development
strategy is regularly updated and adapted as per the need of the hour.

 2. Sales Management

• Lead the development and implementation of running and upcoming Sales, programs and initiatives.
• Ensure that these programs develop and support the Company image of the organization; build Sales
awareness; aligned with core development strategies and long term organizational objectives.
• Work with the senior management team and Global partners to drive marketing programs supporting
Business development.
• Lead the development and implementation of the digital strategy, optimizing the Client experience.

3. Product Development & Management

• Lead the development of new Sales, pricing, promotion, and forecasting, setting success metrics and
evaluating the marketing success as well as individual promotional programs.

4. Events Management
• Strategize and position events portfolio of Organization to maximize benefit.
• Develop business plan and related budgets for events and ensure committed profitability.

Qualifications and Experience:


.
• MBA /MSW/ Masters in Economics /BBA/BBM/Commerce with substantial experience of Business
development for development sector.
• Demonstrated ability to design and develop Business development and Sales management strategies
and business development goals.
• Should have sound knowledge and understanding about Market Research, Social Research, E-
Commerce, GIS and Events and Marketing. Willing to work in different states.
• Ability to work independently, willingness to work evenings and weekends and travel frequently
domestically and occasionally internationally.
• Outstanding, outgoing interpersonal skills, high energy level, and ability to speak persuasively in front of
large and small groups in English and Hindi.
• Competency with social media, donor data management systems and e-newsletters and other forms of
communication.
• Excellent professional writing, presentation, and communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Fluency in one or more regional languages is advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of MS- OFFICE and other relevant software’s.
• Ability to priorities, plan and organize work in a complex institutional setting.
• Ability to work on own initiative, manage complex workloads and deliver outputs to agreed deadlines.
• Outstanding, outgoing interpersonal skills, high energy level, and ability to speak persuasively in front of
large and small groups in English, Hindi and/or Urdu.
• Excellent communication, articulation and representation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively. Ability to organize and deliver high profile Fundraising events.

Travel

• Ability to travel within country as required.


• Can be deployed to field for emergency response.

• Offer shall be based on Performance, relevant experience and industry standard.
