Digital Signal Processing 18

This document appears to be an exam paper for a Digital Signal Processing course. It contains two parts: Part A has 10 short answer questions covering topics like applications of DSP, properties of the z-transform and DFT, IIR filter design methods, FIR filter design using Kaiser's approach, and sources of noise in digital filters. Part B has 5 long answer questions, one from each unit of the course, covering topics such as realizing an LTI system using direct form structures, finding the frequency response of a system using its difference equation, properties of the DFT, designing high pass and band pass filters using bilinear transformation and windows, comparing FIR and IIR filters, and multirate signal processing concepts
