I. OBJECTIVES:
1. Discuss the following basic hand movements and positions in cheerdance
2. Interpret and perform the following basic hand movements and positions in
cheerdance
3. Participate actively during the activity
III. PROCEDURE:
A. PRELIMINARY ACTIVITY
B. MOTIVATION:
“Millennials Cheer/Yell”
Each group has to pick a letter on the board, each letter it has a
corresponding word and they will use to create a short cheer.
C. LESSON PROPER:
Warm-up exercise
Students will try to interpret the step-by-step instruction written on the board
Students will perform the basic hand movements and positions in cheerdance
with the help of teacher
Each group will create a simple cheerdance routine based on the basic hand
movements and positions they have learned from the lesson.
They will use same music.
