    Shifting of material
    × Sharp Edges  Use of leather hand gloves

    × Fall of material  Material must not be stacked more than 1.5mtr height

     Use wooden hammer to fabricate the duct

     Use ear plugs / ear muffs

    × Trip  Proper housekeeping to be done regularly

    Fabrication × Entanglement & Crushing  Avoid loose clothing & make sure body is away from the nip points

     Ensure scissors with long and proper grip are being used
    × Mishandling of tools
     Riveting ply must be handled firmly while using
     Tools used must be inspected regularly & ensure Inspected
    × Improper tools tools are being used
    × Improper handling of portable  Standard drilling bits to be used and drilling shall be carried
    tools out tangentially to the surface
     Work piece must be secured in vice while drilling

    × Pinch point  Use hand leather gloves while fitting screws


    Duct joining × Silicon  Use nose mask and PVC gloves while applying silicon gel
    × Sharp edges  Packing required for sharp edges
