Follow three simple steps to self-assess your

corporate culture:

Step One: Take the survey yourself as a leader, and/or include your team.

Step Two: Survey people anonymously. Employees and first-line


supervisors are the best gauge of your culture in
action, not leaders.

Step Three: Knowledge is power. Organize a simple debrief of the


assessment results, first with the senior team, followed by
those who took the survey, then with other leaders/managers.
