HUL, Rivigo, Enhance Group, Tata Global Beverages Pvt. Ltd., Bata,
Fermenta Biotech, Field Fresh Foods, GE CLP were amongst the first time
recruiters at IIFT.

IIFT continued its stronghold in FMCG and Retail sector as ITC, GILAC,
Marico, ABFRL and Britannia hired in large numbers. Bata, Dell, HP, PPG
Asian Paints and Raymond led hiring in FMCD sector.

Automobile and industrial sector saw yet another year of stellar placements
as Bajaj Auto, Maruti Suzuki, Royal Enfield, Tata Motors, Tata Steel and Jain
SALES & Irrigation continued to show their faith in IIFT.

MARKETING Placements in e-commerce and Consumer Services sector grew remarkably as


brands like Go-MMT, Lenskart and Zomato were added to the list of esteemed
recruiters like Flipkart, Swiggy, OYO, Games 24*7, Google, Hexaware, Infoedge and
Value Labs.

Business Analyst, Campaign Manager, Category Manager, Digital Marketing,


Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Sales Manager were some of the
coveted roles that were offered to the candidates.

PLACEMENT DETAILS
The institute continued to be a favorite destination for recruiters from
finance domain as DE Shaw, Epik InDiFi, Homecredit, Rivigo, Syngenta and
Tresvista started their first time association with IIFT.

Marquee recruiters such as Goldman Sachs, JPMC, Axis Bank, HSBC, ICICI Bank
and Yes Bank hired for their coveted investment banking, risk management,
corporate treasury and consumer banking roles. GE continued to show faith in the
institute’s talent pool by hiring for its prestigious FMP profile.

FINANCE

L&T, Piramal Finance, Synergy Consulting, CRISIL, Citibank and IVP


recruited in huge numbers from the institute building on their long term
association with the institute.

Amazon, Genpact and Sammunati Finance, Tata Motors, Syngenta also


opened hiring for their finance verticals by participating in the final
recruitment season.

Institute continued to enjoy the support from one of the fastest growing
sectors as Optum (UHG) and Axtria were added to our prominent
recruiters’ list.

EXL, Capgemini, Indigene, TCS and Wipro hired in large numbers


IT/ITES owing to the trust built through long term association with the institute.

The strong IT background of the students continued to attract big names


to IIFT like Amazon, Brillio, Games 24*7, Google and Hexaware, with an
assortment of roles on offer.

Roland Berger, the leading strategy consulting firm started their association
with the institute by offering their prestigious management consulting role.

Prestigious companies like BCN, Brillio, CBC, Droom, GeP, i3 Consulting and
IMC further strengthened their association with IIFT by offering financial consulting,
operational excellence, management consulting and strategy roles.

CONSULTING

GPL, Deloitte GRID, PayTM and 10 times engaged with the institute for the
first time for strategy and product management role.

Increased demand in industry for product manager, program manager and


analytics manager roles was complemented by GoMMT, OYO, Optum and
EXL recruiting in large numbers from IIFT.

The General management domain witnessed an expansion in the types of
roles offered and the new industry associations garnered this year.

Mahindra & Mahindra continued its faith in the institute by offering its
prestigious GMC role.

GEN MAN

Airtel and RPG were some of the leading recruiters offering GenMan
roles at IIFT.

New additions in form of Click Labs and Polycab further strengthened IIFTs
foothold in General Management domain.

IIFT proved its expertise in its forte of Trade and International Business by
adding Export Trading Group, Aegis Resources, CIMAF to its illustrious
recruiters.

Trade domain continued to see international offers with the compensation


of $150,000, the highest remuneration offered on campus.

ADM, Olam International, LDC and Trafigura were among the premier
recruiters offering trade roles to the students this year.

OPERATIONS
The international roles were offered in Africa, South America and Middle East
locations.

Rapid growth of transport and logistics sector led to enthusiastic participation


from first time associations with Freight Tiger, Genpact, Rivigo and
Seashell Logistics.

Maersk Line, Amazon and Tata Steel were some of the leading recruiters
that offered supply chain and operation roles at IIFT.
