Communication Skills: Muhammad Nazim

Communication is the process of sharing information between people through speaking, listening, and understanding. It allows people to exchange ideas, feelings, thoughts, and needs. Effective communication is important as it connects people in society, modifies behavior, and brings change. It also plays an important role in many aspects of life like obtaining employment, job performance, and decision making. The communication process involves an idea being encoded by the sender and transmitted through a channel to the receiver who decodes and provides feedback. Noise can hinder effective communication.
