Dear Sir/Ma’am,

It is a matter of great privilege for us to announce that Energy Club and Centre for
Energy and Environment, MNIT Jaipur are going to organize Sustainable Energy
and Environment Quiz, 2019 on 31st August-1st September 2019. We portray a
hearty thanks to the team members and the leaders of ISHRAE on behalf of the
complete ENERGY CLUB network, for being a part of SEEQ 2018. The event would
not have been a success without your participation. We express our gratitude to
you. We are also thankful for making us a part of your chapter installation
ceremony. We work with a motto on innovation in the field of energy, environment
and sustainability. SEEQ 2018 witnessed a participation of 1500 enthusiastic
students from different colleges in Rajasthan comprising of 500 teams. SEEQ 2019
will cover four spectacular and interesting rounds of quizzing namely Joining
Energy and Environment (JEE), Conquering unchartered terrain, Game of
Talent (GOT) & Final Destination which will provide a platform for the best teams
to fight it out and win the competition. We dream to create an environment which
don’t require a protection through innovation, and the goodwill that binds it all, are
what making the event one of its kind.
We would highly appreciate your presence and association with our annual quizzing
event. SEEQ 2019 will present:

On-campus publicity and promotional opportunities through event posters &


banners, coverage through Print and Electronic media, along with an
enthusiastic digital marketing campaign at social media platforms like
Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp. Sponsoring us would provide you with unique
opportunity to create recall value into subconscious mind of participants.
Our event gathers substantial audience ranging from students, faculties, alumni,
families and corporates of colleges from various parts of Rajasthan to whom your
organization would like to target.

Number of students in MNIT: 5500 (approx.)
Number of colleges invited: 10 (outside Jaipur) Number of colleges invited: 25
(within Jaipur)
Footfall expected: 1,500-2,000

Activities and event details

The event will start with an Energy drama performed by members from the
Dramatics Society.
The written round will begin from 9am on 31st August from morning till 3 pm in the
noon.
The event will be a two-day long event in which interesting and mind tricking
questions would be asked from the following topics:
 Oil and Natural Gas
 Environmental Pollution
 Sustainable Development
 Ecology and Environment
 Renewable Energy (solar energy, wind power, tidal energy, etc.)
 Climate Change and Wildlife
 Environmental Issues

Events
 Joining Energy and Environment (JEE): The written MCQ based round,
 Conquering unchartered terrain: Written Quiz
 Game of Talent (GOT)
 Final Destination

Event dates: 31st August and 1st September 2019


Target audience: All college students ranging from Bachelor level students up to
Doctorates
Event kind: It is an-inter college quizzing event.
Organizer of the event: Energy Club Team and Centre for Energy and
Environment.

The nature of sponsorship required: We accept sponsors from the field of Oil and
Gas, Energy (solar and wind production houses, etc.) and start-ups.

Social cause associated with SEEQ 19: To spread awareness about energy and
environment to the future generation.

 A logo and video advertisement will be displayed on the screen during SEEQ
2019 in every 15 minutes.

 Your brand will be promoted in the Energy club newsletter which gets
published once in every three months and will be sent to all students of MNIT
Jaipur and other colleges.

 Your Officials will be accompanying the main Chief guest during the Prize
distribution ceremony. Your logo will be printed on the Certificates of SEEQ

Energy club having around 3000 likes.

 Posters will be sent to all major institutes (around 25) allover Rajasthan for
your further brand promotion. Extensive Digital marketing through social
media platforms.
