Abstract

Health Care Center system project is developed in Web (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and
Bootstrap) & .NET platform. Main aim of this project is to implement an online web software
application for maintaining medical history information, patient’s information, appointment
information and doctor’s information in a single application. This system will reduce manual work
for maintaining records in files. Using this system data is maintained in database and data retrieving
and updating is easy process and old data can be easily retrieved. Doctors and patients can view this
data from anywhere which will save time.
 1. Introduction

We here propose a Online & Website health center handling, managing system that helps doctors
in their work and also patients to book doctor appointments and view medical progress. The
system allows doctors to manage their booking slots online application. The System allows the
Receptions to manage their booking slots. The system manages the appointment data for multiple
doctors for various date and times. Each time a user visits a doctor his/her medical entry is stored
in the database by doctor. Next time a user logs in he may view his/her entire medical history as
and when needed. At the same time a doctor may view patients medical history. This allows for
an automated patient doctor handling system through an online interface. And also this allows
for an automated patient, reception & doctor handling system through an website interface.

2. Problem Statement
I have found these problems with the system by examining it thoroughly.
 As a manual system there exists multiple problems with the management of health
center tasks. Problems in a health center system causes ambiguities, faults and less
efficient. This is the matter most difficult to handle without its resolution. I have
found these problems with the health center system by examining it thoroughly.
 It takes more time to load pages. So performance of the current system is slow.

 Now the current system is running manually. So they are facing the following
problems.

 Difficult to handle data accurately and security because of the data lost, viewing by
unauthorized people, can’t collect the data at the time.

 Day to day current system is very costly

 So security wise is not guarantee to all information and data’s.

 If patient wants search their details it very difficult

 Processing delay

 Not easy to handle appointments and patients details

 Storage problems
 3. Problem Solution for Proposed System
The proposed system is a fully computerized and online website based system. Maintenance of
data is very easy and workload is reduced. Human efforts and
chances of ambiguities will be reduced to negligible. Patients can fetch information very easy
in online system & also reception can be selected information very easy in system.
There are countless advantages of doing health center management in a computerized
systems. These systems will help the Health Center to operate efficiently by eliminating all
the time consuming procedures and provide a better service to their patients. In Our System
we are providing role based accessed rights to different patients, many logins are created for
the user based on their access rights.
By this proposed system all the Patients summary etc. can be viewed from single system at any
time. Thus it will reduce the time and preserves the workload and each patient can able to see
their report by just login profile by online.

5. Advantages/Benefits of Proposed System

This system helps the patients to appoint Doctor in different cities. According to patient disease
he can check the expertise and availability of doctor in nearest range and he can take time for
checkup.
 6. Scope

The Scope of the system is the area which it covers with respect to its functionality. The scope
of system includes its function and range. The scope of this project is very wide. We all have
advanced cell phones and internet as a necessary part of our lives. Technology is being widely
used in every field of life to help people ease their life. So this project will definitely help the
people through the use of technology. Medicines have proven to be very beneficial for treating
illness and preventing disease. This success has resulted in a dramatic increase in medication use
in recent times. Unfortunately, this increase in use and expansion of the pharmaceutical industry
has also brought with it an increase in hazards. In this portal explains the motivations that led to
integrate a portal framework on top of the proposed solution stack to create healthcare solutions
for patient and customers.

7. Modules

i. Admin :
In this module we can add feature in which we have two kind of partition first is for
doctor and second is for patient admin can add doctor with complete specification his
specialization and free slots

ii. Doctor :
Doctor can make his profile in which he write his detailed description about his
specializations that helps the patents to contact accounting to his diseases
iii. Patient :
In which patient can make its profile and short introduction and can easily find its
relevant expert doctor.
 iv. Medicine :

If diseases of patient is seasonal or famous website automatically recommend it

medicine.

v. Feedback :
Website has option to feedback about the treatment of doctor

7. System Limitations/Constraints

 This system only be accessible with in our country.

 This system will make transections only in PKR.
 User accounts must have portfolio to upload to get work.

8. Software Process Methodology

This system will be developed into many development ways but most authentic and suitable life cycle is
Incremental model.
i. Incremental Model

This system will be developed in module wise, first it has to define its users and then their integration
with other users as well as with admin. First it has to developed simple users to check whatever the
requirements of our project proposal are meeting with this project or not then we will develop the client
side module to integrate the work to hire and purchase demanded work. And transactional module will
integrate after these two modules to get paid by client and get payments from client side users. At the end
admin module will be developed to monitories and check the work of users.

12.Data Gathering Approach

Techniques that are used for collecting requirements are as follows:

• Using software applications
• Use of prototype

i. Concepts
We will learn a lot of skills during the development and testing of this project. Front end
development with responsive designs, designing the relevant graphic works and will also learn
about the selection, understanding and making the most suitable logo for our application.
Programming languages are most important for the development of project so we will learn about
the basic concepts of languages that will be used in the development of the project and after that
we will maintain the system according to the market/field requirements.

 14.Conclusion

The developed application has interactive interface design with awesome color scheme that has no effect
on user’s eyes, efficient in use and less time consuming. The system responds in less time as compare to
other conventional websites. This system will override all the relevant sites in developing, payments
transections, E-Store and freelancing system in Pakistan. It will be a wonderful and learning experience
for us while working on this project. Due to this project we experienced that how a professional software
is designed, developed and tested one after another after requirements gathering and analyzing. The
system will help us to reduce our time complexity and cost. The project has its future work which will be
developed and designed after completion of this module.
