The Program Manager is responsible for:

 Successfully delivering change initiatives across the organization, coordination of such initiatives
in various projects and programs and managing interdependencies across them.
 Planning and designing key change initiatives that have been identified and proactively
monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action when
necessary.
 Setting up and institutionalizing the governance framework within the organization in order to
successfully monitor projects and programs.
 Focusing inward on projects and programs on key parameters like quality of delivery, progress
against release plan, risk management and organizational change management.
 Providing appropriate level of oversight to teams in order for them to manage communications
with their stakeholders (Board Level, Department Head and Operational review ) effectively.
 Providing adequate oversight on staffing across all positions for vacancies within engineering
team.
 Auditing teams based on pre decided frequency.
 Setting up and managing a risk management framework which can be institutionalized by all
teams.
 Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, Business and Department Heads to seek input and
buy-in before rollout of any changes.
 Initiating additional activities and other interventions wherever gaps are identified or issues
arise.
 Candidate would be responsible for Defining Metrics
 Must be able to create process diagrams
 Candidate would be responsible for Automation of Data Collection
 Responsible for Budget , Planning , Reporting Performance v/s Metrics , Performance appraisal
tracking

The Program Manager position requires candidates to have:

 8+ years of total experience.


 Proven experience of 8+ years as a program manager or other equivalent position.
 Thorough understanding of Change management: - project, process, Technology, Tools,
Products at organizational level and program management techniques.
 Hands on experience in organizational change management and institutionalizing key
initiatives.
 Outstanding leadership, organizational and problem solving skills.
 PMP and/or PGMP is a plus.
 Candidate must have Project management experience handling multiple projects
 Candidate must have Experience in Agile i.e. Scaled Agile
 Candidate must have experience in Adherence to Timelines / Schedules
 Must have experience in preparing metrics and Presentations
 Must have experience in preparing Quality Graphs, Budget, Risks and mitigation plans
 Must have experience in managing delivery Teams (Any technology) & cross functional teams
across geographies
 Must have Strategic mindset, good articulation and Reporting skills
 Candidate must have strong Attributes in terms of Accountability, Ownership , Urgency,
Leadership and Initiative.
 Candidate must have DevOps Knowledge
 Candidate must have Strong Communication Skills

Good to have :

 Agile Certification
 Lean / Six Sigma Certified
 Software product companies / Services companies Experience
