Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility Worksheets: Presented by The ROI Alliance and Six Sigma Online

These worksheets are intended to help students perform gauge studies and analyze measurement system data. The forms include protected cells that perform calculations based on user input data. Version updates added the ability to include data from up to three appraisers and fixed minor formatting issues. The documents provide templates to calculate metrics like repeatability, reproducibility, bias, and accuracy for gauge studies.

Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility Worksheets

Presented by The ROI Alliance and Six Sigma Online

(CC) The ROI Alliance, LLC 2010 - Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike

These worksheets are intended to help the student perform gauge studies.
The forms do not do everything you need to for a complete study. Cells that
are shaded grey can be changed. The other cells are calculations or
constants that are read off of tables. If you want to change anything in the
protected areas, just unprotect the sheet and change what you need.
If you find this worksheet helpful in learning about Measurement System
Analysis, please do credit ROI and Six Sigma Online so that others can
learn too.

Additions in Version 3.2:

We have added the capability for up to three appraisers in the potential study
and two in the short-term and long-term studies. You will just need to add
the other appraiser(s) data - the worksheet will find the correct constants
and perform the calculations.

In 3.21 we fixed a couple of minor formatting issues.

In 3.22 we fixed some more formatting issues, and redirected the short-
term study graphs for operator 2 to the correct areas.
