Lesson Plan in MAPEH 10 - HEALTH

I. Objectives
At the end of the lesson, the learners should be able to:
a. understand reproductive health
b. identify the four pillars of responsible parenthood and reproductive health act
c. explain the effects of teenage pregnancy

II. Subject Matter


Topic: Reproductive Health
Reference: Physical Education and Health 10, page 238-239
Materials: laptop and projector
Valuing: to lessen the number of teenage pregnancy by educating the youth

One representative from each group will arrange puzzle to form words.

IV. Generalization
Responsible parents give importance to their reproductive health.
They know the ideal family size for them depending on their financial capacity.
Giving material things to children is not enough, they must be properly guided
by their parents by inculcating good or desirable values in life.

V. Application
Group Activity
Instruction: The class will be divided into four groups, they have 10 minutes to
prepare for the task given to them.
Criteria for evaluation: Content-10pts, Creativity-10pts, Clarity-10pts Total-30pts
Group1- Informed Choice (Newscast)
Group2- Respect for Life (Poster-making)
Group3- Birth Control (Debate)
Group4- Responsible Parenthood (Role play)
