    Conclusion

    Overall I found this internship very interesting and informative. I personally had never had any
    experience of this kind before and I enjoyed a lot.
    To begin with, Sir Farooq was very impressive, he was quite keen on working with dedication for
    the institution. He was cooperative with us throughout the internship. We even learned from his
    experiences in the institute.

    I met Ma'am Mona only once officially. The next time she was busy with some work so we
    couldn't talk to her. Ma'am Mona was also a very dedicated and responsible worker. I really
    liked her views on how important this place is and how she made everyone realize that every
    worker must work seriously for the whole institute.

    Moreover we met Ma'am Naila more often. She was also a sincere lady. Even though she was a
    little strict with us but still at last she asked us our experience and we told her, so she was really
    happy to hear about that.

    All the girls were amazing. They were so polite and well mannered, I think people of kashana
    have done a great job in the institute.

    Furthermore the housemothers were also very cooperative. The gave us more information than
    anyone else, and they also gave us the whole idea of how the institution was working properly.
    She also gave us a brief overview of the problems they faced and how they coped up with those
    type of problems.

    Overall it was very educative experience and if there is any more information needed we will be
    visiting kashana as soon as Sir Farooq inform's us, then we can ask them and get back to you.
